Making It Up As I Go Along –
Simple, classy
I hung a couple of these over my kitchen sink to replace some ugly track lighting. Love them! Very clean lines. The satin nickel finish and style match my cabinet pulls and pull (!) the whole kitchen together. They come with long and short rod pieces that screw together in your choice of different configurations so you can get the lamps at just the height you want. As a result, they light the workspace much better. I’m using them with 7.5W LED (40W equivalent) and that’s the perfect amount of light for my space.Great price from Amazon Warehouse Deals — repackaged, but they’re not the kind of thing I need original packaging for anyway. No defects. Installation was very straightforward.

ATTRACTIVE PENDANT LIGHT
I bought this for our new kitchen and wanted a PENDANT light to hang over the sink. It goes very nicely with the stainless steel appliances .It comes with three rods so you can adjust the height for your kitchen ceiling height by using just one rod or all three rods together.Another great feature is you can use up to a 100 watt bulb to provide as much light as you desire, this was important to me as so many lights have a limited bulb wattage. This gives plenty of light for the work area and looks very attractive in a nice and simple look with a nice white glass shade.

I have an older home with ugly pendant lights in the bathroom. I bought 4 of these to replace those and so far have been nothing but pleased. The holes in my ceiling are appx 2.5 inches on center and the mounting bracket included with these made mounting a snap. I did run into a problem with the bolts that hold the light fixture to the mounting bracket; they were too long and would have required drilling into the ceiling, however I simply cut them in half with a hack saw. The half length bolt was the perfect length. Everything else is very nice, good finish, plenty of sizing options and easy to put together.

They look great however the extension rods are not all aligned. I don’t know if it’s the rods or the connectors that cause this problem. I had to remove them several times by using different parts until it looked fairly straight. Once they were up I couldn’t tell though. I’m pretty anal about getting them straight so this might not bother others.

Nice lighting; ideal size for our kitchen peninsula
I found these on Home Depot’s site and purchased them from Amazon since they weren’t available in the Home Depot store. I needed them quickly (hooray for 2-day Prime shipping!) since I’d already scheduled for an electrician to come out for the installation.The lights (I got a pair) look nice and provide ample lighting for our peninsula area that seats 3-4 people. It comes with several 12″ rods and one 6″ rod for customizing the drop length. For the price, it seems like a fair value, but I would have appreciated sturdier/hardier parts, especially the threading throughout the fixture.

Outstanding light fixtures!
We bought 2 of these lights to hang over a kitchen counter. They are outstanding. Very high quality. I am very impressed. They were easy to install (although, as another review noted, the direction sheet is a little limited — but I’m not an electrician and I had no problems.) We have had these up for many months now and have had no problems. Very pleased. One of the great values of these is that you can use regular bulbs with standard bases and up to 100W. So there is great flexibility in bulb choice and they are easy to find. It took a little experimenting for us to find the right size bulb to produce the lighting effect we wanted. In the end, we found we needed much less than 100W. We also found that a Reveal bulb gave the best light color for our application. If you are looking for hanging lights for a kitchen, you can’t go wrong with these. We used them to replace flimsy, poor quality lights. Very glad we did.

The glass dome looks cheap and had multiple cracks in it. I bought a different dome to switch it out and it looks okay now

I got this for a light over the kitchen sink to replace a florescent fixture. I was concerned that the stem length might be a bit too long and lower the light in front of the window glass. However when the package arrived I found the light comes with 3 x 12 inch stems and 1 x 6 inch stem not the stems that are listed in the description (8 inch and 15 inch). The 6 inch stem was perfect for my use and the light hangs just to the top of the window glass, exactly where I wanted it. If you are considering this light be advised on the length change of the stem sections. It comes with 1 x 6 inch and 3 x 12 inch stem segments.Installation was easy although I had an electrician do it due to leg issues and working over the sink. I watched the installation and it was easy and straight forward.

Nice light! Looks great, lots of depth options. Looks good over a peninsula with led light bulb. Easy to hook up, only issue, ordered 2, 1 was broken, but amazon shipped another immediately, just have to wait a few days to finish my lights…

on receipt of the product, i opened one of the plastic bags and was upset by the warning contained inside “this product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects and /or other reproductive harm. Thoroughly wash hands after installing, handling cleaning or otherwise touching this product.” On a positive note, the company will take the product back, however, i have to pay for the return shipment. I don’t feel this is fair. Had i known of this potential issue with this product at the onset i would not have purchased it. I bought two of these and i imagine it will cost between $20 t0 $50 to ship back. MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT. UPDATE: product sent back but no refund was given.
