These are very sturdy chairs. The swivel works great. Easy to assemble. The color was exactly as shown. They look great with my counter height kitchen island.

Love my barstools
I was so happy to find these barstools were just as nice in real life. Not hard to assemble but I would recommend you add wood glue to the cross bars. After sitting on the stools just a few times the cross bars started loosening and falling off. Otherwise they are beautiful and comfy.

Love the chairs, but challenges with side rails
Purchased 4 chairs for our newly renovated kitchen, we love the chairs look, the chairs are very comfortable, and the color is perfect for our kitchen. Assembly took about 90 minutes for all 4 chairs and was straight forward. However, the side rails were very difficult to put on – it was not possible for us to simply screw in and the wood started to crack when I tried. I did end up pre-drilling the holes and it worked a little better, but not matter how I loosened the bolts on the bottom, not all of the side rails fit correctly. In fact, one of the first family members who put their feet up dislodged the side rail. We love the chairs, but we need reach out to customer support to get the side rails fixed.Update: we reached out to customer service and they were very helpful. Responded quickly, gave us some tips, and sent replacement parts for the legs and side rails. After replacing the legs and side rails, the chairs look amazing. We are very happy with the results!!

GREAT QUALITY
Well packaged and easy to put together. The chair is very sturdy and great quality. Color is as described.Looks and feels very luxurious.Fabric is thick.The only negative would be the placement of stickers for building the chair. They have to be removed using a wet cloth.Would rather they were smaller or were a type of easily removed sticker.Overall im super happy with these chairs

I love these! I just finished assembling them, which was an absolute breeze. The instructions were simple, well written, and clear. The instructions are the exact opposite of those from IKEA. The one piece of advice I would give to anyone buying these is to make sure you have a quality screwdriver. These chairs are comfortable and sturdy, too.

Better than expected
We’ve been looking to replace some chairs for over a year. (Thanks cats for clawing the life out of the old chairs.) We’ve been to every furniture store in our area and to some stores in not so nearby areas too. We then tried Ikea, Home Sense, Home Goods, Home Depot, department stores, etc. All without luck. We then decided to give these a go. Can always return right?Well surprise surprise – these chairs look and feel better than expected. The appear well made and are comfortable. They swivel easily. all 4 legs on all 4 chairs are even! Assembly was straight forward, not too lengthy, and the directions were clear and easy to follow. Moreover, the packing for these things was well thought out and executed. They were packed so they could really hold up to the shipping. That indicates some care and attention to detail to me.While I cannot comment on the longevity of the chairs (I just put 4 of them together this morning), I’ve been impressed with everything else so far.

Buyer Beware!!!
Buyer beware!!! I ordered these bar stools. When they arrived I put one together. I noticed they were great quality, but too tall for my counter. I started a return and heard from ChitaLiving right away. They kept offering me percentage discounts on the chairs if I agreed to keep the chairs. I chose not to do that. Then they offered me a free exchange for another style If I wanted. I decided to try a different style. The new chairs were not the same quality. The legs were not finished smoothly and I got a sliver almost immediately on my hand. Also, the seats were not comfortable, so I decided to return them. Again they kept offering discounts if I would keep the chairs, which delayed the process. When I refused their final offer, I got an email from another representative who told me I didn’t qualify for a return. He told me that they go by the shipping date of the ORIGINAL ORDER and it was past the 30 days of the original chairs. Since I had agreed to an exchange I’d “lost the OPPORTUNITY for a return”!!!! NOT ONE REPRESENTATIVE prior to this had ever mentioned this little detail. I would NEVER have agreed to an exchange if I’d known that it would negate the possibility of return. I’m buying these sight unseen. How would I know if they would work in my home or if they were damaged in any way, if I couldn’t at least set them up and then decide if they’d work. (Both sets of stools were going to be returned within the 30 day return window). They did offer a 70% discount on the chairs. But I’m 78, recovering from knee surgery & I now have a large box in my entry that I can’t move & I have to somehow find someone who wants these stools!!! I will NEVER buy from this company again. I gave this one star because I HAD to put down something, but I would have given them zero if I could. I guess the one star would cover the fact that all correspondence with all the representatives was very respectful & kind, but their return policy is deceptive. So think twice before dealing with them.

Worth Every Penny!
These chairs really are beautiful. They would have cost much, much more in a local showroom. I know because I shopped around a while before getting these. I had some trouble getting the stickers off the wooden legs, but the seller was quick to offer a good solution and also said they plan to fix the sticker issue I was having (so yours shouldn’t have any issues at all).I’m really happy with these chairs. They are rock solid and feel very high end. Definitely worth every penny!
