Unique Electric Desk Design
I thought I took photos of this desk before leaving it with my daughter for college but now I can’t locate the folder. Let me just say that it looks really nice, sort of minimalistic style but yet pretty enough to fit into most decor styles. With that said, if you have a more antique looking room this desk might be more challenging to make work unless you put something on it that will tie into the old look of the room – simply because the desk has a more modern look. Assembly wasn’t to difficult and I would say we had it it put together and in its place within a half an hour or so. I will say that you need to make sure and follow each step closely and don’t skip or jump ahead while assembling because if you do you might run into problems. We actually have multiple rising desks but none of them are L shaped and I was a bit skeptical regarding how well it would work. If you have the same concerns let me put them to rest by simply saying that it works flawlessly. The desk rises and drops with a smooth motion and no sudden jerks or other movements that might send things crashing. Even with a larger monitor/tv on it there have been no issues so far so in that regard its a win. Keep in mind that because of the L shape and the lift function, you will need to plan out where you place it and avoid any other things getting in the way. If you are looking for a rising desk and have room for and L shaped model, I would suggest giving this one a try and I think you won’t be disappointed.

Have you ever had a desk you could raise higher with the push of a button?
This was an interesting journey my daughter and I decided to embark on! We could tell early on we were in over our heads a bit but we pushed on! We were very thankful that the instructions were pretty thorough and clear, for the most part bc boy, oh boy, there were sooo many steps and Soo many different pieces to put together! I can say that she and I (she is 10) successfully made it to the final steps and that’s where her dad had to step in bc there is a contraption installed into this desk that will raise the desk higher if needed. I honestly can’t think of too many reasons one would need to be able to do this but I thought it was a cool feature. It’s sturdy, strong , and honestly very beautiful, once all out together. Aside from not fully seeing the necessity for the automatic riser, my only complaint was not having the freedom to build the desk in any other angle.. if you had in visioned this desk to fit any other direction or perhaps needed the longer end to actually be the shorter end, I don’t think there is anything that can be done to accommodate! It was actually frustrating not having the option to choose the angle or in our case, which side of the table needed to be the long end instead of the short…there was just no way to put it together, following the instructions, following the design and position of each nail or stud or any other part bc it was all pre designed and set up to only function one way. In the end, it didnt get to be set up where I originally intended it to go bc of the dimentions , but I was able to rearrange another space that it really looked nice in and I don’t regret chosing this table, or taking the hectic adventure with my daughter of assembling it! Just be weary in case you don’t have the exact corner to fit this beauty! There is no budging on this design!!

Very nice, solid desk
We were thrilled to find this on Vine because my son has trouble sitting for long periods due to back issues, so we really wanted the option of standing or sitting desk. This took my son and his fiancee about 2 hours to put together. There are lots of parts and pieces but the instructions are clear. It looks great too.The desk is a standard size for “L” shaped desks, which means it’s large enough for three monitors if you really need that many. The surface is nice and smooth and easy to wipe clean. At first I was worried about it being sturdy enough because the legs look a little thin, however, they’re very sturdy and the desk is solid. Overall it’s good value for the money if you compare it to other brands. My opinion overall: 5 stars.

Works perfectly better for my body and ergonomics
I was so excited to receive this L-shaped standing desk and it did not disappoint! It took my handyman about three hours to put it together. The full unit is heavy and bulky, requires power tools for assembly and requires that you are flexible and able to work on the floor for an extended period. I certainly would have a difficult time building this one, so I hired a professional because assembly is not easy. Still, it required the both of us to put the final pieces on (the motor with the long rods) and then it definitely required two people to turn the table around to stand it up on the floor. The end result was worth it. This table is multifunctional; it can serve as an arts table, as a packaging station for my small business, as a cubicle type office desk, as an assembly station, etc. The L-shape is convenient to put items down within reach, or to separate different tasks, work areas or equipment. The up and down functions work perfectly, as you can see in my video. The desk top goes as high as 46″ and as low as 28″. I love that depending on the task I am working on, I can decide on the spot whether to make it a sitting task or a standing task. Ever since installing this desk a week ago, my back and muscles feel much better from moving and stretching while I work at the standing desk position. While in a lower or sitting position, I notice that my posture is much better and my wrists and elbows are better ergonomically positioned on the desk when the desk is in a higher position, which is easy to adjust to find your most comfortable height. The white matches perfectly with my standard IKEA tables and cabinets I placed around this desk to create a large U-shape.
