NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY
DO NOT BUY!For how expensive this frame is, it’s not worth your money especially when not all parts are included and because this is not an Amazon store, we won’t be able to hear back from the store owners for 2-3 business days.I’m usually not one to leave reviews. My husband and I were looking specifically at on-the-ground and storage saving bed-frames. We came across this one and decided to try it. When you do get the bedframe, it is very heavy, which I think is significant when it comes to quality because of durability. My husband is not able to even finish building the bed because it does not include all parts to set it up. He mentioned to me that we received two of one part and are missing a part. We are going to have to take it apart and send it back because we’ve been needing a bed-frame that is supportive for our mattress. It has been about an hour of putting the frame together (hasn’t finished) because for about 15 minutes he had to force 2 parts together because the screw holes did not line up which is very frustrating. Included in the pictures is the extra piece they sent for the same side of the bed. They sent two left headrest end-pieces. We also live in a very small town where the closest Amazon drop off is 30 minutes away.

Nice Unit, budget friendly
This is a nice unit. It took 2 of us about 3 hours to completely set this up. There are a few pieces that you have to press together to make line up and sometimes it was hard but overall the setup was fine. Some parts of the instructions were a little hard to follow but not bad. I also sent a short question into their support and I heard back about 6 hrs later, probably different time zone. One of these pieces was slightly dirty so that required minimal spot clean and there is one part on the headboard that is just slightly misaligned. But for the price and what you get it’s a nice frame. Opening and closing the bed is fairly easy and it’s nice to have the storage. The headboard is slightly smaller in height than I expected so make sure you measure properly.

We needed a sturdy, quiet, and safe bed, and this one delivers. There are no squeaks or shakes, even with the kids around. The under-bed storage is huge and the lifting mechanism is surprisingly smooth. I also love the clean-lined design and the soft linen upholstery, which makes the whole bedroom feel cozy. It did require two adults and some time to put together, but having all the tools included made the process manageable.
