Easy, Comfortable, and Supportive!
So far I absolutely love this bed! I’ve had it for a week now. It was easy to set up and it expanded quickly. Also the customer service team helped me set up the 10 year warranty easily because I couldn’t figure it out on my own. The whole process was easy!I’ve had much better sleep on this new mattress- the difference is amazing! I fall asleep just relaxing sometimes! I have a physical job and I’ve noticed myself less sore on a daily basis the past week since using the mattress. The mattress is soft but still firm and supportive. It feels high quality! Size, thickness, and durability is really nice on this mattress. There was a smell when I first opened the package but that dissipated in a couple hours or so. Functions as expected however as far as comfort goes I would say this mattress leans quite a bit more into firm than medium firm. It’s comfortable but a bit too firm.

I was a little hesitant to try a bed in a box, but I am so glad I took that chance. First of all, it was so easy to unpack. As soon as you open the plastic, the mattress expands to almost full thickness. Quality is great, soft and comfortable. I’m getting the best nights sleep. I’ve had in a long time.

Excellent for RV”s!! GREAT COMFORT AND WARRANTY!!
We are 100% happy with the decision to purchase this bed! We have discussed many evenings while laying in bed and watching television how much better our sleep has been. This bed is great for couples let me explain…. One of the problems that we had with our previous expensive bed was that every time he moved it woke me up and vice versa! It had become a real problem. We were suffering from restless sleep. Neck/back pain etc. I read reviews on many mattresses but they all seem to read the exact same things I was looking for something a bit different and ran across this 12 inch LoadEase. The individually wrapped spring coils just made sense for the individualized comfort I was searching for. We also are full-time RV’ers and I refused to sacrifice quality and comfort just because of the smaller access into the RV/hallway into the bedroom. Most RV’ers settle for cheaper thinner mattresses because they are easier to get into the RV itself. I knew with the proper research that I could find a good quality bed in a box that could be easily set up in a RV bedroom and I did! All the unboxing was done on the queen bed platform! The mattress expanded within minutes! I couldn’t believe how quickly the mattress transformed the bedroom! Such comfort with just the right amount of firmness! We’ve slept comfortably each and every night with zero complaints! The price was also amazing AND THE WARRANTY IS EVEN MORE AMAZING!!!!! We’ve been sleeping on it nightly for over a month and are thrilled with what this mattress has to offer ♥️

Comfort and Quality Surprised Me
Although it was packaged for easy lifting; it was still too heavy for hubby and I to carry. Need strong able bodied young men. Once placed on the box spring and released from the compressed packing; I was amazed at the height. It snapped out into a beautiful, thick, durable king size mattress. And it’s firm and comfortable.
