Packaging is not very protective
My initial order of this metal file cabinet arrived in a battered box that was open at one end. There were seven dents in the cabinet components and the package of screws and other pieces had broken open and scattered; some were missing. The pieces were not very well-packed and should have been better protected to avoid the damage that occurred during shipping. The original item was replaced with another shipment. This one was much better but there was still one dent, though the cabinet is in usable condition. The assembly instructions were not very complete. It took several hours to put the cabinet together. The drawer sides were not very rigid, since the metal is not very thick. Filling the cabinet makes it more stable. It does hold quite a lot of files. It looks good when completed. It has a working lock.
