What should I know before unboxing my BedStory mattress?
Your mattress arrives compressed. Open the box carefully and handle all packaging with caution to avoid accidentally cutting the mattress or its cover.
How long before I can use the mattress after unboxing?
Allow 48–72 hours in a well-ventilated room for full expansion.
Can the mattress be slept on right after it’s unpacked?
You’re free to use your new mattress immediately after unwrapping it—sleeping on it won’t affect its ability to recover. While full expansion may take up to 72 hours, most of the recovery typically happens within the first 24–48 hours.
How long will it take to adjust to my new BedStory mattress?
We recommend giving your new mattress at least 30 days to adjust to your body. If it still doesn’t feel quite right after that period, we’re happy to help you explore adjustments to ensure it becomes the perfect fit.

I absolutely love this mattress! It’s firm enough to support my back but not too hard — just the right balance of comfort and support. I sleep very well on it, and it feels like a high-quality hotel bed. Definitely worth the price and highly recommend!

Good mattress if you like firm
Very supportive on my back which I like. Not hard like a rock but firm and supportive. I’m very pleased with this mattress and think it’s a good value. Note – it’s a 14” mattress so if you out it on a 14” frame you do get a bed in the higher side. But this worked for me.

Firm & Fabulous- neck pain gone!
Fabulous mattress, no smell! Layed perfectly on my box spring and has helped with my back pain! I may put a pillow top mattress pad just to get it a little softer, but I sleep so well on this bed! It doesn’t shift if you share a bed!

Hard to Please
Bought this mattress last month and couldn’t be happier. I’m a big guy (6’4”/270 pds) and finding a mattress that doesn’t overly sag with me in it is difficult. This one in the king 14” extra firm is perfect. The right combination of firmness and comfort and I am very picky about my mattresses. This one is hotel quality.We just bought a new house and are ordering more in queen size for other bedrooms in the new place.

Not for me.
No go here. I had lumbar surgery years ago, spinal decompression and fusion. This is a nice mattress, just doesn’t work for me. Significantly worse pain..not the mattresses fault.

Firm, Comfortable and affordable.
Absolutely wonderful! I was afraid of purchasing this mattress because I purchased a queen size one a week before and it was too wobbly. Not bad… just not firm at all. I needed something firmer specially being that I was looking for a king size this time. And this one Really exceeded my expectations. So if you are looking for a firm but comfortable mattress.. this is the one!! At a great price also!

Unboxed a King, Slept Like a Queen 🫅😁
I ordered the extra-firm king, not quite as firm as I’d hoped, but it’ll do! Honestly, I’m glad I went with this one. My logic: you can always soften a firm mattress with a topper, but you can’t make a soft one firm.I was surprised they managed to fit a king-size mattress in such a small box. It wasn’t as heavy as I expected, easy to unbox, and it expanded within seconds. The corners are still rounding out, but I expect they’ll fully expand in a few days.So far, I’m very happy with my purchase , zero smell right out of the box! Would I recommend it? Absolutely. I’ll update later on the longevity, but for now, it’s a solid buy.
