Strong, sturdy bed, good buy, but . . .
Arrived in promised 3 days. Wonderful!Was relatively easy to assemble. It took me 2 1/2 hours, by myself.Simple, good, sturdy, attractive platform bed.(I choose the brown bed).One negative aspect: The 2 wooden side rails should be in 1 piece, not 2. 1 rail would be more attractive (no ugly cut line), also making the bed easier to assemble. I’m sure the entire bed could easily be shipped in a compact redesigned box. Give it some thought, boys!

Quality, sturdy frame at affordable price
(Excuse the mess) I just came back to buy another of this exact bedframe after owning one since March of this year. This is a fantastic frame for the price. I carefully took it out of its packaging for assembly and it had no flaws. Assembly was easy and done by myself over the course of a hour and a half with a few breaks. The wood feels quality, as much as other more expensive frames of similar style. This bedframe is sturdy as all get out. It doesn’t wobble or squeak. I have had it in a guest room, with kids using it to adults, two of them at a time about 260 lbs and the bedframe has remained completely solid and stable. Have not had to tighten or adjust. The mattress does not slide around. The brown is a good neutral brown that can compliment many aesthetics, especially the modern forest boho theme in the room it is in. The wood may look a little thin in pictures but don’t let that dissuade you, it’s thick and feels heavy and high quality in person. I have slept on this bed a few nights and I have gotten great sleep, the frame seems more durable than other high end frames I have had in the past. I love it so much, that whole redoing another room and trying to pick a frame, I decided to come back and purchase this one. The price is amazing for the quality and function. The height at 14” is perfect next to a standard height nightstand, and to not be to low to the ground or to high up. Definitely recommend this bedframe. Great for a guest room, bedroom, kids or adults. Also plus size friendly and rated to withstand 1000 lbs.

Nice platform bed/questionable long-term product support
I Purchased, the Zinus platform bed several years ago. The bed has had very limited use. My initial impression Indicated that it was well constructed, attractive, had substantial components, and easy to assembleRecently, the bedframe lost its stability. None of the beds leg attachment Bolts were missing or loose. A steel strut connects the front and rear bed frames. It provides stability to the frame on which all the bed slats and mattress rest. It bears the weight of a person occupying it.My initial inspection revealed that both screws securing the strut to the rear frame had become loose and disappeared. The screws on the other side of the strut were also loose. The entire bedframe was out of square and totally compromised.I contacted the seller with multiple emails and telephone calls. I was required to provide information which duplicated some of the sellers previous inquiries. I sensed that the seller was going to give me a.” no” answer to my request. My request involved being provided with two screws to replace those which had been lost. My request to the seller was a no cost option, and” good will” gesture for any customer who made a purchase from them.I was informed that it was their protocol not to provide any assistance, beyond the five-year warranty. Period.. I indicated a willingness to buy the screws from them. Again, no luck. I would expect that they would provide the specifics on the required hardware and where to go to get a replacement part. Again, no luck. Go out into the world and find it on your own. I was providing more information to the sellers representative, than was coming back to me.Conclusion:BUYER BEWARE: the preceding product may appear to be a good value at first as indicated. The seller provides no long-term assistance. Should there be a problem with his product. A Critical component failed during the limited use of this product and compromised its structural integrity. The issue needs to be addressed with a simple low cost fix so that it does not occur againBig Bob

The reviews said this was a nice bed frame, but that’s being too modest. I was truly astounded by the quality of the wood and craftsmanship. I purchased the bamboo frame in brown, and it’s perfect, exactly what I was looking for. The wood is sturdy and has a nice, even finish, smooth edges, and laser-precise holes. Flawless. The packaging is very economical, the hardware is neatly organized—I love the little ratchet that comes with it—and the instructions are very easy to understand. I had no problem putting this thing together by myself. It assembles quickly and the instructions are fool proof. You don’t need to worry, trust me. I would have taken a photo of the finished product, but the recipient had already absconded with and begun enjoying it. And, of course, you can’t beat the price. 10/10 will buy again!

Extremely Easy To Put Together
The packing was top notch with all pieces wrapped very carefully. All of the bolts, washers and lock washers were sealed in one package and easily labeled. They also give you an allen wrench, and a ratchet wrench as well. The instructions were were very easy to understand and they are large enough so you don’t have to squint to read it. Now some reviews said they had theirs assembled in 45 minutes. As for me who’s 77 yrs old, I took my time, a little bit one day and rest the next day. So it took me about 1 hour all together, with no help. The wood looks great, definitely good wood, nothing cheap. If a 77 year old man with arthritis can put it together, ANYONE can put it together.

Review is for the twin size in rustic pine. The bed frame is solid, real wood as opposed to “re-engineered wood” from sawdust and glue. This makes it relatively light and strong. Everything fit together well, and of course they provide all fasteners, even some spares, and the wrench required to assemble the item. In fact they provide a small ratchet wrench making it even easier. The package arrived very well beaten up, scraped and dinged… but that was the outer layer. Then there was another box inside of double layer corrugated cardboard… it was also damaged. THEN there was yet another inner box of double corrugated cardboard which was only dinged in one place. Inside all of that was the product… not damaged at all. It was wrapped in foam, and spaces were filled with some kind of Styrofoam… but the Styrofoam was itself packaged in plastic bags so as not to fracture and fly all over the place. Extremely well packaged. One might ask how much of the price is for the packaging… but the item arrived unscathed. IMO this is a very good product, excellent packaging, highly recommended.

Surprisingly good! Sturdy, lots of wood, mostly easy to assemble. Only downside is that the ratcheting allen key failed halfway through. Much classier looking than a metal frame.

This is beautiful made with solid cherry wood I really like the packaging and guides me to assemble the bed frame also comes with Allen tool that I keep that for future job I also made headboard for this and now this is my lovely bed frame, thank you for great job highly recommend

I was absolutely Amazed by this product. Beats the hell out of Ikea, I’ll tell you that much. Much better quality materials, excellent instructions, and the value was unbelievable. Very satisfied with this purchase. The only piece I would mention is be careful towards the end of assembling, there is some sticky tape that is supposed to remain on the slats to hold your mattress in place. I misunderstood the directions and took the whole thing off, instead of peeling off the first layer. Other than that, very easy to assemble. Didn’t need two people to put it together, but of course it’s much faster if you have an extra person to help you. You definitely need a second person to help you lift the box and move it to where you need it to be assembled. It was almost too easy to put together.
