Very sturdy and attractive kitchen cart
I really like this kitchen cart. It is solid and holds a lot. I needed an extra tall area, so I put both shelves on one side leaving the other with a tall opening. Putting it together went smoothly for my husband and I even though we are seniors and don’t move as easily as we did 10 years ago. The picture instructions were easy to follow and the fasteners easy to connect. We completed the assembly in a little less than the 3 hours indicated in instructions.The drawers assembled easily and fit perfectly with smooth slides. The doors fit the opening and close exactly as they should. The top is done well and looks very similar to butcher block. The engineers of this item were right on the spot.

Attractive, useful, well made
I assembled this myself. It was straightforward. Luckily I had an unused room where I could leave parts spread out, as I could only do this in small blocks of time between other chores. When completed, the piece has wheels, so it is easy to move if you assemble it anywhere on the same floor where you intend to use it. Personally, I found it satisfying to watch the thing come together.My kitchen surfaces tend to accumulate things, making meal prep difficult. Having this surface dedicated to prep is great, as is having storage space for things specifically used in cooking right at hand. I love it. Cleaned up, it is sleek and neat. It can be moved out of the way between meals if desired.The cup hooks seem a little wobbly, but that wasn’t an important feature for us.This is a very good solution to our kitchen’s limitations at a good price.

This ain’t your moms kitchen island
Instructions were really easy to follow. There’s a ton of pieces and hardware. But just take your time and follow the instructions. They are well written and you’ll have no issues. Just make sure you have a Phillips head screwdriver and a knife, you’ll be set.Everything is good and square, the fold down table works really well and leaves no gap when in the up position. I have some other Vevor tools. They are a good price for the money and this is no different.Only 4 starts because of the 4 very awkward Hex head screws. These are so annoying to drive down with the little alen wrench that only has one purpose in life. No reason Vevor can’t just make that a regular phillips head screw.Also the towel racks cannot be removed after assembly so you cannot use them as a paper towel holder.Overall I’m very happy with it. Very sturdy, for partial board. It’s perfect for my kitchen until I can build my own my specific to what I want.

Godsend for a small kitchen!
I ordered this island just in time for Thanksgiving this year and it made preparing a large meal in my small kitchen SO much easier! I love the extra work and storage space plus it came in handy as a buffet. Also, it looks beautiful!

love, love, love!! It did take a while to put this together but it was very well worth it. The quality is great, the storage capacity is great. It functions as an island or a side cabinet. It is wonderful with the wheels on the bottom so that I can roll it where I need it.

Well built with questionable instructions.
Once assembled, this is a solid unit. It fits exactly where I needed it, and it feels sturdy. Some parts of the instructions were quite easy. As you got to the end though, they became a little more vague. I knock off stars for the building. There are plenty of things that just don’t make sense or should have been done in a different order. It would’ve been nice to have some explanation for the different elements of the construction. But they only use pictures.Some of which are absurd because the screws all look the same in drawings.The thing is well packed. I should say that the first one we received was missing half the parts. That was madness. I don’t even know how it happened. The second one arrived intact and ready to assemble. I’ve seen some reviews that suggest it might take up to 3 hours to assemble. That’s a fair assessment. With two people working on it, it took us just over two. And that’s because we were assembly line constructing things like the drawers while putting on the door hardware.Once built, it’s heavy duty and I trust it will not be a problem. I would rather all of the castors locked. That would’ve been nice. It doesn’t wobble, it stands firm, and it’s extremely stable. The wheels are excellent and helped us get it into position with no problem. It’s perfectly level and the doors work great. I would recommend it, if you have the patience for the build and the instructions.

Exactly as described, a bit confusing on the instructions at times but relatively simple to put together. This is really sturdy and great for adding that extra space and storage when needed. The wheels lock down great so this sucker will not move once locked.

I bought this island for my sewing room. It was easy to put together, and the top when up is the right size for my cutting board or my ironing pad. I can move it around so easily. I would definitely recommend this item.
