we got this mattres to replace a regular interspring that was on firm side of the scale. Its description has the out side as well as a section across the middle with a stronger more supportive spring. This and that its listed as med firm sold us even though we had never gotten a bed in a box before. When it arrived we placed in the spare room to fully open and air out as some of the reviews stated we should do. This step wasn’t really nessasary because it opened right up and there really wasn’t a pronounced smell at all. We were immediately taken with quality and feel of the top. After the first night sleeping on it I can say that the edge coils really do help as there is no sag when I get close it. The mid section may be more supportive than the shoulder and leg but I don’t know that I would call it med firm. Im 6ft 220 lbs and feel like this is more accurately discribed as med support. As we got close to the returns time frame I reached out to suiforlun to ask if they made this model in a more firm version. They wrote back promptly and I was told unfortunately they do not but offered a firm topper adjust the support. All said they refunded the money to purchase the top. I can’t say enough good about the customer service. To sum up the quality and construction are amazing and the service was just as great im only leaving off a star because of med firm. If you are thinking about a bed in a box but want something more conventional in construction buy this bed ! Just keep in mind that you may find it is softer than its listed.

Good deliver time. Me as I have researched and many reviews as well as many you have done. I had 7 in my cart then 4 and 2 for awhile before I decided on this one. The reviews really helped to decide. So please leave reviews it dose help. It was surprising to unbox and it popped up real quickly. I did waited 24 hours to sleep on it. My old mattress was about 10 years old and it was just spring and a pillow top. It had over time sunken in middle. I picked this not only from reviews but how many different layers and the wrapped coils. My back and neck pain didn’t get better over night. But after about 3 weeks my body adjusted just fine. I can’t recommend to just anyone cause we all different needs. But I can tell you what it has done for me. I’m a single sleeper and a side sleeper. It’s a queen. For the price I find it great and I have a 120 days trial. I’m more than likely going to keep it. I gave 4 stars cause I wished I had gotten a medium instead of medium firm. So if you like a little more softer than that’s what I suggest. I would recommend to invest in a good quality pillow. I weigh 200ish I don’t mind giving my weight cause that dose help in choosing. Great for the price cause shopping at a store you can’t just take home and get such a free trial and it delivers to your front door that was a plus for me. I was skittish of buying online for such a big amount but all in all it’s good for me and my cat. The pillow top is thicker than the picture looks and that was a good thing. It’s soft material.. hope this has been helpful.

Great value for the money.It’s smelled good. It sleeps great a little hot.No sagging.Very durable. About the right firmness

Comfortable and durable!
I was looking for a new mattress for my husband and I as neither of us were sleeping good and would wake up with our backs killing. I was nervous to get a ‘bed in a box’ as I’ve heard the good and the bad but we decided to give this one a try and we love it! We have had it now for about 7 months and still love it just as much as we did when we first got it.As it’s memory foam the first few nights after expansion it was FIRM and we weren’t sure if we were going to like it but by night 3-4 it had softened up and we were back to sleeping good and waking up pain free.The mattress so far is holding up well. I have 3 kids that jump on it daily and my husband is a 6’4″ and all our former mattress would start sagging fairly quickly and this one is still like we just took it out of the box! Both of us would definitely purchase this again and are currently thinking of getting smaller ones for our boys.

Medium firm as it says, wonderful!
We upgraded from a soft plush king. I have bad back problems and I knew I needed more support. It’s been a week of sleeping on this and everyday, my back feels better. Less pain. The pillow top is great and the firm support kicks in as soon as you lay down. Best of both worlds! No complaints here! I was skeptical to order a bed online but I am so glad we gave this one a try! I was researching beds online for about 6 months and finally decided on this. Feels better than any other pricey bed I’ve ever owned.

Buyer Beware!
I have had this mattress less than 3 years now and it is noticeably low on the side I sleep on and doesn’t spring back up. I’ve rotated and flipped it every few months. If I had known it would do this, I would never have boughten it. Makes my bed look old. Buyer Beware! Isn’t this suppose to have a 10 year warranty? Anyone know how to contact the business?

This is by far the best mattress in a box that I have tried out so far. The quality surpasses other mattresses that I have gotten in the box.So, like other mattresses in a box this one comes rolled up and vacuum sealed. Because it is sealed in this way and compacted down so much you need to let this mattress set after it is opened for about 72 hours before sleeping on it.The mattress is super comfortable, definitely a medium firm feel. I really love that it has a cooling material on the top, so this mattress does not get as hot and retain as much heat as one of the regular memory foam ones that I have. That is important if you are a hot sleeper.So far we are only a few nights in with sleeping on it but both my husband and I are loving it. My husband is over 220 lbs,and this mattress has greet support, over all having the king sized has made sleeping with both of us on the bed much more comfortable.Definitely recommended.

The mattress started expanding right away and was ready shortly after opening. There was almost no smell. The medium-firm feel is comfortable — soft on top with good support underneath. I sleep on my side and my partner sleeps on his back, and it works well for both of us. It stays cool at night and feels very comfortable overall.

It instantly expands and feels quite firm like you want to sleep on it that night but it definitely does expand more if you just wait the 72 hours like the directions say. Edges could be a little more firm, I do get the slight feeling like I might roll off
