Quality chair for 8-hour days
Chair has been used in office setting with 8-hour days with no issues. Leather bottom feels good quality with no cracking or flaking thus far. Mesh back is quality, though not supported along the top qhich was initially concerning for leaning back with full weight but has held up. Low back provides a compact feel when not in use. Only wish there was more adjustability of the arm rests but that was expected at this price level.

Comfortable and supportive chair for average sized person
The chair was easy to put together. It is good looking and comfortable. My husband uses it at his desk at home for a few hours each day. He says it is supportive, rolls easily and is sturdy. I find it to be as comfortable as the more expensive high-end chairs that I had when I was working in an office. If you’re working from home, this is a very good choice. Highly recommended.

Meh–You Get What You Pay For
Meh… could be much better, even for the price. The only good thing about the chair is the “waterfall” seat.The recline is too flexible. Every time I move just a bit, the recline activates. It’s very annoying.The lumbar support is practically useless–it’s adjustable in terms of height, but the amount of support is… well… nonexistent.The arms barely adjust. I have them at the lowest height (I’m 5’4”) and they are too high. They butt into my desk, which is average height. Super annoying.The overall quality of the chair is meh. Despite the weight of the chair, it feels cheap due to the floppy recline and inadequate lumbar support.

Excellent office chair
For reference, I’m 5 foot 9, 185 pound guy. I’ve been using this chair for a few months now, and I use it every day for work, replacing a really good gaming chair I had before it. I needed something more professional, as I was looking like I was wearing Darth Vader‘s helmet on my Zoom calls if I blurred my background. I needed something newer too, as the armrest were tearing after 4 years on my old gaming chair. I really wanted a Steelcase chair, but I did not want to spend $500 on it, so I got this thing on a lightning deal, threw some rollerblade wheels on it and for the price and quality, I couldn’t be happier.
