Feels high quality and good for everyday use
I got this new office chair because my old one was basically begging for mercy. I needed something strong—like, *really* strong. This one looked like it could handle the job, and yeah, it’s pretty solid. It’s wide, which is nice ‘cause I don’t feel squished, and the seat is super cushy. I can sit for hours and not feel like I’m turning into a pretzel.Putting it together wasn’t too bad. Took me maybe 30-40 minutes, even though I definitely put a piece on backwards the first time (oops). Once it was all set up, I noticed the wheels are real quiet. I can roll around without the whole office hearing it, which is kinda cool. The armrests move in a bunch of directions too—up, down, in, out, like a Transformer or something. Now, it ain’t perfect. The armrests feel a bit wobbly sometimes, like they’re not 100% locked in place. Also, the chair’s size is no joke—it takes up a decent chunk of space. If your room’s tiny, good luck squeezing it in. But still, it feels super sturdy. Like, if this thing ever breaks, it’s probably because I launched it off a cliff. All in all, it does the job. It’s not some fancy throne, but it doesn’t need to be. It holds up well, it’s comfy, and it doesn’t squeak or fall apart after a week. For a big dude like me, it’s nice not worrying if the chair’s gonna give out mid-zoom call. Just don’t expect it to fold up or look sleek—it’s more “tank” than “sports car,” if you know what I mean.

Problematic
The seat is very comfortable and easy to sit on for hours but…. First one I received gave out in less than a week the ring that hold together the wheels on the chair had broken on 2 of the wheels causing them to slip off whenever the chair is elevated slightly causing the chair to tip over sometimes on its own as well with no weight attached whatsoever… Ordered a replacement and immodestly off the bat I noticed the metal holding the lumbar support in place was rusted and created a loud screech whenever any weight was placed on it but it was manageable enough that I didn’t case until the a good month passed and the same problem occurred wheel rings broke off and not only that the screws that hold the armrest together snapped off out of no-where for one of them when adjusting the height horrible build quality you only receive a star for the materials used in the bottom cushions being good enough for a comfortable sit

Comfortable Chair
I don’t usually write reviews, but this product really impressed me. From the moment I opened the package, I could tell it was high quality. This chair is very well made and super comfortable. The seat cushion is thick and supportive, and the high back provides great support throughout the day. The armrests flip up easily, which is a nice feature when I need more space. It was easy to assemble, and the wheels are smooth and quiet on my floor; everything feels sturdy and durable. I’ve been using it for long hours at my desk, and it’s made a big difference in comfort. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a strong, comfortable office chair!

chair is exactly
This chair is exactly what I needed for my home office. The armrests adjust in all directions, which really helps when I switch between typing and relaxing. The lumbar support moves with my back and keeps me from feeling sore after sitting all day. The seat is wide and soft, and I can easily sit for hours without discomfort. Assembly was quick and simple. Great quality and very comfortable!

False advertising
This chair is not comfortable if you are over 6ft and 300lbs. It is false advertising about the chair also there is no tilt lock just a free tilt. The metal beam that supports the wheels stick out and if you are not mindful you will be hitting your feet often. This chair is not great for long sitting especially if you work from home overall it is cost efficient. But I would not recommend for office work or people over 6ft.

Great product, great chair.
It’s a great chair, my only problem is the arm rests moving around too loosely, wish there was a lock button on it after you set where you want it but so far it is pretty sturdy good height at least for me, good back support overall great chair.

Good Chair for Big people – Home Office Upgraded!
I work from home and was looking for a chair that could support my size and keep me comfortable through long hours — and this Big and Tall Office Chair (700lbs capacity) delivers in all aspect. At 5’9″ and over 220 lbs, most chairs I’ve tried either felt light or became uncomfortable after few months. This chair is solid, wide, and very supportive, with a wide seat and ergonomic high back that feels custom-built for larger frames. The 5D flip-up arms are a huge bonus — adjustable, sturdy, and easy to move out of the way when I need extra space at my desk. The quiet rubber wheels glide smoothly and silently, perfect for my hardwood floor.Assembly took me 20 minutes and the quality looks and feel premium. After weeks of use, there’s no sagging or squeaking — just steady comfort all day long.If you’re big setting up a serious home office, this chair is 100% worth it. It combines comfort, strength, and style without compromise. Overall serves my need!

Squeals, Creaks, and Pops CONSTANTLY
Incredibly disappointed in this chair. While it is nice and wide, which I was looking for, the design of the chair has a lot of small issues, and worst of all, every tiny shift results in a ear wrenching creaks and pops. I’ve tried lubricating everything I can, and it has not really helped at all. The arm rests are also poorly designed and don’t lock in place. I’m also not a big fan of the seat cushion as it is way to hard and the angle of the base is a few degrees off and just feels wrong. Also, the reclining lever and lock system does not allow for any degree of fine input.
