Time consuming build but rewarding in the end
Beautiful product, nice color, plenty of storage, easy but time consuming to build. Everything was numbered. It comes with the best caster wheels that keep it super stable and moveable.

I purchased this island to add some counter and storage to my small kitchen. For this price point, I am very happy with my purchase. I switched out the draw and cupboard pulls with some ceramic mix-match pulls to make it fit in with the rest of my cupboards. The drawers and cupboard doors all open and close nicely. The island feels very sturdy.Building the island got a bit confusing at times. They crammed a lot into each step, so I did miss some things and had to take stuff apart and redo. They do include a key to help you identify all of the parts. The structural parts all had a corresponding number to help keep things clear. However, the nuts and bolts were all grouped with 2 or 3 other items and the letters were marked on each bag, but some of those letters were not clearly printed because of wrinkles in the clear plastic. A white sticker would have been more helpful. All-in-all, I did build it by myself. I was able to build it sitting at the dining room table, I did not have to sit down on the floor (just had hip surgery so getting on the floor was not going to happen).Pros:-Beautiful (especially after changing out the cheap door pulls)-Sturdy-Lots of storage-Quality wood top-Adjustable shelvesCons:-Directions can be confusing (take your time and read extra carefully)-Wheel locks don’t really stop, just keep it for rolling easily

Very useful storage with snug-fitting doors
Attractive and useful. Good assembly instructions… lotsa storage. I’m using it to store fireplace and candles in the covered porch … also baskets of kindling. Very nice color and top.

Smaller than I thought
Well it was smaller than I thought but works for what I needed. I use wood glue to help keep it sturdy. Everything lined up for us and it took about 2 hrs all together. (We were using glue.) The instructions weren’t great but they weren’t horrible either. They were usable. I like the wooden top. The drawers are on the smaller end but usable. I have a stool on the other side. I can sit but the height is a bit short. Wheels move nicely.

Should not have had to go through that much pain building this thing for how much it was
The pain that you have to go through to put this together is already so not worth how much money this thing is, should have never gotten this, and will never recommend it. It took over 4 hours to put this together, every school was almost impossible to screw in, the amount of things that I’ve had to unscrew and rescrew because these directions don’t explain things they just have super unclear pictures, they charge $160 for this thing but can’t pre-drill no holes or put the caddies together before sending it out, they can’t put each individual part in its own bag so all these little screws don’t get mixed up, the material itself is very cheap, while screwing in on one part the outer layer of wood chipped off and I had to use duct tape to fix it. It came out looking decent, although it’s pretty short, but like I say was so not worth having to put everything together.

Gorgeous Island for a Fair Price
I love this island with all my heart. I live in an apartment with a large kitchen but awkward counter space so i really wanted something I could prep on comfortably. The island has a very large wooden top that I just consider to be one big cutting board. I love the concept of having a mobile work station in my kitchen that looks really pretty. And the drawers are highly customizable which is something I wasnt expecting. I ended up installing all of them on one side so i could have one really big compartment for storage. The build took me about 2 hours and I used prior knowledge and power tools to make it easier, so dont expect a quick and easy experience. It is a fun and unique build though for people like me that love Lego builds and woodshop stuff.

Ojo – Muy pesada la caja. Las instrucciones son difíciles de entender. Las fotos no son claras y difícil ver que se necesita para el paso siguiente. Tomo como 8 horas para armar. También tenía unas piezas dañadas y los agujeros para los tornillos a veces eran demasiado pequeños. Pero en el final, se ve muy bien y funciona muy bien también.

This is a nice little addition to have extra storage and countertop in tbe kitchen .It’s a very nice looking rolling island and is easy to move when you want it to. We did raise ours up a few inches to match the height of our cupboards..The butcherblock(rubberwood)top on it is quite nice,and it can be stained to any colour that suits your space..All the necessary parts were included for assembly and it took my hubby a few hours to build it he says the instructions were not the greatest and he just kind of figured things out on his own.But it was worth it.

This order was received with damaged packaging and missing parts. I tried to contact the seller but Amazon’s messaging is fraudulent by putting a statement in the text box that only sends a message saying…Everything is ok, forget it! There is no way to send a text of explanation! Assembly is tedious and long! I unboxed everything to make sure I had all the parts which I didn’t! This has not been a pleasant experience. I don’t recommend buying! Cheap quality as well!Update: After contacting homcom by phone I received the missing parts but not it time for Christmas! Customer service was very helpful and polite.

I like it. Took 1 star off for diagrams being smaller than they could and not the greatest in spots. But if you have half of a brain you should be able to build it. It took me 230pm to 8pm to assemble slowly, taking breaks and photos. I only cursed a couple times at the start looking at the instructions then at the end when i put the doors/hinges on.A lot of time to build. But very useful island. Decently built foe what it is too.
