Great for Tall people
I’m 6’5” and finding an office chair with a seat deep enough to actually support my legs is always a challenge – but this one delivered. The chair is surprisingly comfortable, with a wide seat and great support for long sitting sessions. The build quality feels solid and durable, and the cushioning hasn’t compressed like others I’ve tried. Overall, a great buy for taller/larger individuals. Very satisfied!

6’2 277lbs very comfortable and nice to sit in, the only thing I wish it had was slightly taller arm rests with more cushion, my forearms fall asleep when gaming for long periods of time, overall amazing chair. The wheels are nice and big, and it’s very quiet sliding around the room, rubber wheels like a scooter, nice and big.

I love it!!! It is very roomy and comfortable. I love that it rises higher than the available chair. I am 5 ft, 5 inches tall. The chair goes up high where my feet do not touch the floor. The brown material is attractive. Even the armrests are soft and comfortable. It rolls very smoothly. It is sturdy. Assembly was not complicated. It took less than an hour (30-45 minutes). I am so pleased with my purchase!

I ordered the Indulgear 500# Big & Tall Office Chair with Dual Rubber Wheels with Adjustable Lumber Support for my grandson who is a large guy. He is 6’2 and 270 lbs. and in his free time does a lot of gaming. In the 4 offerings on the current page for these chairs it is the 3rd offering. The chair came within a week and was very well packaged. Each piece of the chair was wrapped and all parts were packaged separately. The large double wheels were wrapped and boxed. All screws and the tool were clearly marked and sealed in a package. The box contained a direction manual that I found a little hard to follow, but was able to find a video on how to assemble it clearly on YouTube. I am a smaller person and it took 2 of us to get the chair together which took about 45 minutes with watching each step on the video. This is basically because someone has to hold the back on the chair level while getting the screws into it. All of the holes lined up perfectly for the screws and having the screw cap covers gives the chair a nice finished look. The wheels are a bit tricky to get attached but once attached they are great. Having the dual wheels really adds strength to the bottom and helps the chair to roll around nicely without sticking. For a larger person this is very important. My grandson loves the solid, well made arms that stay in place instead of those types of arms that spin. The height adjustment is perfect and works well. In putting the chair together I liked that there are clips under the chair to keep the cords for the lumber, tilt and height adjustments from hanging down or interfering with the chair operations. The wider seat makes it comfortable for him to sit in for his longer gaming sessions. The lumber support adjustment works nicely to give his chair a customized fit for him. The only thing that I want to point out is in the description it states the chair is “breathable leather”. So that you are aware, this is not real leather. It is a PU leather. This was the reason for the 4 out of 5 rating. If it would have been possible, I would have given it a 4 1/2. Contacting customer support is easy, either through Amazon or through the email address that is on the booklet. I am in the U.S. with CST. and it took just about a day to hear back from the company with my concerns. I have to say that I am very happy with customer service and the concern they have in making sure that customers get any support they need. I personally also purchased the 2 year warranty on the chair for peace of mind as the chair has a 30 day warranty. I would order from this company again because of the quality so far of the chair and the excellent customer service.

Not built to last
I have had this chair for just under a year. It was fine until recently when it constantly now has to be brought back up, it just sinks all the time now. I have had this problem before, and I do not weigh anything near 500 lbs. I’m the only one who uses it, it has not been subject to any abuse. I would not recommend buying this chair.

Nice chair. When we first got it a piece was broken that lifts it up and down but I contacted the seller and immediately he shipped a new part. It was here in two days and I easily put it on. Now it is perfect and I am 100% pleased.
