    Platform falling? Adjust this screw:
If the keyboard platform is falling/seems too heavy – you have to adjust the screw under the tray and make it stick out – I saw this reviewed a couple of times so thought I’d help

    Excellent product!
Very sturdy and works exactly as advertised. Installation was as expected. Can be tricky for a newbie (still doable, though) but not for anyone with experience. I actually attached it to my headboard to use as a bedside table. I love it.

    Stopped working
I loved this keyboard tray when I first got it, fairly easy to install and so convenient with the pneumatic arm. Since the tray is basically floating there is a lot of give as you type. The one star rating is because after just two weeks, the pneumatic arm stopped working and the whole joint locked up. Really disappointed.

    It’s OK but has issues…
It seems to be made well, and the installation was not bad, but the keyboard and mouse slip off the tray with the slightest angle. I had to fashion a lip at the bottom to keep that from happening. (I put on two drawer handles at the bottom to hold with Velcro to hold the mouse and keyboard up…see photo. I would have expected more for the price I paid for this.

    Good product, not perfect
There is a “lean” at the joints that can make the tray surface slightly tilt when stretched at certain angles. The tray will end up not being perfectly level, but overall works.Otherwise relatively easy to assemble, and sturdy. Also not quite deep enough to fully support large keyboards but still holds them up.

    Great Quality
I was surprised that it is strong enough to work on, I don’t know why I was expecting it to be flimsy, but it is really well built.

The Keyboard Tray Doesn’t Stay in Place
This product is sturdy but the keyboard tray doesn’t stay in place. The product documentation states that the tray can be positioned at different angles. As soon as you type, the tray is angled downward, and the mouse ends up falling. I’ve tightened the nuts and still experienced the same issue.

My original for this tray had something happen to it in transit so I never received it and I had to reorder. I think that was the god of fate trying to tell me something and I was too damn deaf to listen. The tray is very narrow and really only suitable for a simple small keyboard that isn’t very deep at all. If you have anything deeper than a generic small format then you’re going to have over hang everywhere. Its a wall mount keyboard tray that is expected to hold a mouse too. As most people know, you generally have your keyboard slightly tilted towards you even when standing. That would usually mean that you’d place a lip on the tray along the front edge closest to the user so that when the keyboard is tilted towards you it doesn’t fall off the tray into your lap or the mouse doesn’t go for a roll around on the floor. These bozos put the lip on the back side furthest away from the user. Why?!This gives you two options:#1 You use the lip along the top as a means to hook your keyboard so it doesn’t slip off the tray and that gives you some tilt but make the keyboard somewhat unstable or…#2 You have it sitting flat on the tray with an over hang along the front that makes it more prone to falling off as you try to keep the tray as level as possible. In addition, the lack of a front edge lip also means that you play pick up with your mouse every few minutes as it slowly slides off the tray. Even when you think you’ve made the tray level, as you type the tray flexes downward and the mouse creeps towards the edge leaping off presumably looking for a better home. I guess you could use one of those trackball mice that sit stationary as you roll the trackball around with your thumb, but should I really be forced to go buy a new mouse for a tray that should have reversed the lip in the first place?I really think you can do better than buying this. Its a very poor design and could have been fixed early in production if someone had simply decided to try the thing out in real life.

    Solid, sturdy and excellent quality.
