Good value
The finished product is exactly what you would expect it to be. The assembly process goes very well if you take your time and check the pictures carefully. It’s sturdy for a low-budget cabinet – not quite sturdy enough to use as occasional seating but it works perfectly for sorting and storing documents and office supplies. The drawer slides are good quality and the drawers open and close easily, even when loaded. I’d recommend it for anyone needing a small dorm-fridge-sized file storage cabinet.

Quality is good! It’s nice but missing one screw. The company did not send enough screws. It’s very aggravating when you can see that it’s very good quality and you want to use it but trying to find the screw is impossible at a regular hardware store Otherwise it’s nice and I like that it has wheels on the bottom.

quit after 4 hours, the instructions are trash
i rarely write reviews. I’ve purchased many items and assembled them from Amazon. This is by far the worst ever. The instructions are beyond horrible. Don’t even bother trying to use the instruction manual. The video is not of much use either. Every think is so dark, you’ll need extra light and if you can figure it out congratulations. Even the video and the photos are incorrect. If you mess up and try to un-drill the screws you put in, the metal is weak and won’t hold the screw being re-drilled in. I’m on my 4th hour trying to put this together and at this point I am going to trash it. The top was put on incorrectly so the drawers don’t fit. I followed the instructional video but maybe I should have watched the laypeople do it as the lock ends up I guess on the left side of the as opposed to the right side. Worse experience ever. They literally have you bending metal to create the drawers. You’ll definitely need a power drill and a strong flashlight as you crawl into the frame to screw everything in

Great customer service!
Had to request a replacement, as the first one delivered appeared to have been dropped and this left the front sides of the cabinet bent. Requested a replacement and the seller was very quick to respond. Was first offered a discount to keep the cabinet, but the location of the damage was to be on the front on both sides so this wasn’t an option, but I did point out I would settle for just the 2 sides, if possible, to be replaced. They did check if this was doable but ended up replacing the whole unit. And fast! The new unit arrived 2 days later. I reported the damage on a Saturday and received the new unit on a Tuesday!Stellar customer service in my opinion.From just the cabinet perspective now, it is a great looking, heavy weight, with all drawers lockable. Each drawer has a different key, so would work well in an office with multiple people. Assembly was as expected, if you’ve done these types of things before, you know what lies ahead when you see a bag full of screws and no space to use a nut driver.A good cabinet from a company that responds!

Instructions Very Vague!
This product itself is fine, however, the assembly process is ghe worst I have ever used! It is not clear at all on either the written instructions or the video!! I have assembled quite a few things and this is the worst as far as being intuitive and detailed on either form of instruction. I would’ve returned this item but would’ve taken just as long to put back into the box in proper manner.
