Good shelf but…
Put the wooden pieces together first, also use a drill driver on lowest torque with Allen wrench bit, other wise it will take hours to assemble. Instructions are worthless but it’s pretty straight forward. Just put the narrow shelf backings together with the shelf board first, after that you can stand the on end and attach the vertical sides. Seems very strong, I put all my wife’s nursing books on two of these. The appearance is ok, really have no complaints except with the Instructions. I’m going to buy 2 maybe 3 more.

Strong and functional yet classy
The only reason why I didn’t give this shel unit a full five stars is because it was a bit hard to assemble. The instructions were graphic and some illustrations were blurry.But my housemate and i figured it out.Overall i love these shelves. Good quality and sturdy.

Looks great and holds so many books!
We needed a small shelving unit to hold my growing collection of Book of the Month books. This one has really worked out well. It was easy to put together. The shelves are tall enough to hold large/tall books. I love that the shelves increase in depth as they get closer to the ground. It is also cute with various decorator items. It wasn’t the least expensive choice but it is sturdy and I feel it was a great value.
