Damaged corners
Corners on 3 panels came chipped. So 1 star. Other than that it’s beautiful and solid. I can’t get ahold of anyone with the company for replacing the panels. Will update if they can make this right. But I can’t repackage this puzzle and ship it out so I’m kinda stuck if they can’t send me new panels

Easy to assemble; Sturdy
Arrived this afternoon and I (60+ woman) put it together by myself in an hour or so. Takes just a Phillips screwdriver- I also used a rubber mallet because my hands are weak. I love that the back is 3 reasonably sturdy panels that you put together with connecting strips and just six screws in the back – no pounding 50 tiny nails into cheap cardboard. Also, the shelf supports have pins that go into corresponding holes in the bottom of the shelves to hold them in place. I’ve never seen any like this. Now to put my books on it!

It came damaged.
There were two pieces miss matches. And the top corner was chipped. But over all I really like the product. It took a second for me to understand how to put it together because of the mismatch.

Sturdy but Directions Hard
This is a fine bookcase. However, the directions were hard to understand at times. You have to be paying 100% attention and not get distracted. It can be easy to misread something and be screwed.

Surprised ME!
Using the 5 shelf 5 ft tall unit for storage in my walk in closet. Looks great and is a perfect fit. I accidentally ordered this and tried to cancel – but was too late. Ended up taking a shot at it and I couldn’t be happier!!!Its HEAVY though….so put it together near where you will use it – and you may need a 2nd adult to assist once or twice.
