A great buy!
As always Ashley Furniture never disappoints. Both boxes was packaged to protect the furniture in every corner. Chairs are of thick heavy quality wood. Loving the tweed chair covers. The height is just right for me and my tall size family. Very sturdy. Also has adjustable legs, it shows you in the instructions tag on chairs. Easy to assemble, use a drill with the tool bit that matches with the tool size included in the packaging. It will help you put this together faster. Worth the buy. They look great and are comfortable. Love the color.

Attractive and Comfortable Barstools
Excellent quality. Very sturdy. Shipped fast and arrived unassembled in box. Super easy to put together (took me about 10 min each chair by myself). Great height for countertop. Extremely happy with the purchase, as appearance, quality and comfort are all great for the price!

More Yellow than White
I would call this smokers white as opposed to farmhouse white. Luckily unless you are a super picky person you won’t notice the difference. (I notice it but my husband says it’s fine) the bigger issue is that the seat cushions look grey in the picture but if you look at my picture there is a lot of brown mixed in. Maybe I’m being extra about chairs but I didn’t want browns. I wanted grey. I’m going to obsessively look for a different fabric to recover and then decide. The chairs are pretty easy to put together with just one person. Instructions are easy but all the screws were out of the pack in a bag and I kept mixing them up. They are very sturdy and the correct size. They are not an exact match for additional chairs but they are good enough.

Well made and Comfortable
They are perfect! I purchased 6 of them after searching for months for the chairs that would complete my new island table. All 6 were perfect with no issues and are surprisingly comfortable. For the reviews stating they wobble or are unevern….they come with built in adjustments in the legs…just adjust them. The wood is shiny so in certain light I can see the “plastic look” I saw one comment mention but overall after almost 6 months of searching I found the perfect chairs for way less than I had budgeted!

Beautiful Looking Chairs – Somewhat Poorly Constructed
I love the look of these chairs and the fact they are bar height. The seats are covered with a heavy tweedy looking fabric. But I am a bit disappointed in the actual chairs. First the boxes they came in were badly taped together. It was as if the boxes had been ripped open. Who knows, maybe they were. I was not at home when they were delivered or I would have refused delivery. The bottom of the chairs are raw and unfinished but not a deal breaker because you won’t be looking at them from that angle. It took two people about two hours or so to put them together (four) because the directions were not straightforward. The finished products were a bit wobbly because all of the legs are not the same length. I think some leg pads will take care of that issue. One of the chairs has scratch marks on both sides facing the table which I will cover with some polyurethane so the scratches don’t get worse or snag your clothes. All in all, for the price I will keep them because it just isn’t worth the hassle to return them. I want the matching dining table since nothing else that I’ve seen really goes with them. I just hope that the table is of better quality. I’m going to try to get it for the lowest possible price and have it white glove delivered so I don’t have to go through all of these changes again. I will see if I can attach a photo of the scratch marks when I am at home.

I love these chairs, great quality. You have to assemble them, but they are easy to put together. Just remember not to tighten the bolts until you have it all together, as the chair may wobble and not be sitting straight and you have to adjust to make it balance. I only ordered 4 chairs, and am definately ordering another 2. Great price and quality.

I ordered 4 chairs…..made in Vietnam and you can sure tell. Was missing 2 screws, the side bars did not fit at all, they look horrible. The holes were drilled in the wrong area for them to fit properly. The legs on the chairs are not all the same height, I had to put some sticky foam pieces on the bottom of some of the legs to make them even and some of the bolts would not even screw into the pre-drilled holes. Ashley furniture should be ashamed of themselves for selling such a product. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star!!!!
