These are well made and easy to assemble ! Shipped packaged well and fast the best quality … all but one seat looks the same in pattern … I wish they all looked the same… I plan on staining them espresso and the stain patterns would also match … it’s only one chair seat . Comfortable sturdy great height and my reason for choosing these … with wide seats and weight up to 225 lbs . Update… I painted top off white then I stained seats espresso and they came out amazing espresso is very dark brown and covered my different wood grain pattern seat looks fantastic. I am a new customer and will return for more products thanks.

Best DYI project ever
I wanted sturdy, solid chairs that looked like they belonged in my very old house. These were packaged well (no damage), had clear wood, and best of all, required minimum assembly: eleven bolts ( with pre-threaded washers attached) and eight screws. The fasteners went into drilled holes, all of which fit perfectly. No gluing, and no hardware visible after assembly. Assembly took 30-45 minutes per chair. When done, the chairs looked wonderful. The seat is larger than most (20″ wide by 17″ long), good for big people. I painted , but the chairs could have taken stain. Overall, I was very impressed by the Vietnamese craftsmen who made them.

They were the the easiest furniture to put together and the quality and sturdiness is fantastic. I’m looking forward to painting these beautiful chairs. Comfort is good as well.

Buyer Beware – Replacement Parts Are Inevitable
In short, be prepared to keep buying replacement parts. I bought the “used – good” chairs to add to the ones I already had—and funny enough, what arrived had the exact same issue as my original set: the front legs split. (Which explains why extra legs are a “recommended” product on their page.)What you’re seeing in the photo are two legs where the wood completely split off. The two others that are only slightly split were the ones I had for just a month before they cracked—from normal sitting. For context, I weigh 125 lbs, no kids, no rough use—just poor quality.The first time I assembled them, I used a drill and thought maybe I applied too much pressure. So this time, I screwed them in by hand. Still split.Honestly, it feels like a scam to keep you buying replacement parts. Total waste. Avoid this brand

Excellent Quality and Price.
I wanted a traditionally designed farmhouse chair with the comfort of today’s larger seats and this delivered both. I painted my chairs a French blue and set them around a pine farmhouse table. I mixed 4 of these with 4 of a different style (wheat back) and the effect is truly spectacular! I’ve gotten rave reviews. And–best of all, everyone was very comfortable with the larger seats. I provided seat cushions for extra comfort. My first guests stayed for 5 hours…comfortably and very happily.
