Executive High-Back chair…but no head support
This chair somewhat supports the back of your neck but is not nearly high enough to support the back of your head. The chair back measures 25.20″ in height, so there’s nothing to rest your head on if you tilt it back. Maybe fine for a child, but not most adults. So I would say size-wise it’s somewhere between a Mid-Back and a High-Back chair. It was easy to assemble. Includes a hex wrench, and a couple spare bolts and hole covers. It is also very comfortable. Overall, a pretty good chair for the price.

It looks good, but I’m a little worried
I bought this chair about a month ago for my new home office to replace another chair that didn’t go up high enough (my shoulders were unsupported so this actually hurt over time). I’m not a big guy (5′ 10″) and the chair itself fits me perfectly. It is very comfy on my back and my butt and it is the perfect height for me. Comfort-wise, it’s a great fit. It was very easy to assemble too. However, it’s in the simplicity that I’m worried. To attach the base to the back, you only use the arms. So you screw in two bolts to the base of the cushion on either side for your butt, and then attach the back with two more bolts that attach on either side. The rear-cushion screw feels as if the retaining nut inside is either stripped or is not gripping whatever it was attached to inside the cushion, so that it almost feels like it’ll eventually give way and I’ll fall backwards. And when I sit in it to lean back, it makes a loud and scary “POP!” that makes me think “This is IT!” every single time. I like the chair, but for the money I spent I would have expected it to feel a bit more secure. I’ll keep it for now, but eventually I may need to spend a bit more and upgrade to something more stable.**UPDATE – MARCH 22nd 2023**Well, I’m sad to say that the thing I was worried about all along finally happened: my chair broke. The left side where I would constantly hear that “POP” finally gave in. Over the 2 years and 2 months I’ve had it, it’s been a relatively good chair. The cushions over the two years became relatively uncomfortable last year, so I had to buy a separate cushion for my back early/mid last year. Oh well: it was a good ride, but I knew it was going to happen the day I put the ole girl together. Time to go chair shopping I guess.

Good chair for smaller people!
I returned this item, but it wasn’t because of the quality! This item was very easy to assemble, and of good quality. I returned it just because it was too small for me. This exact model is probably best for women and/or those with a smaller frame. Again; no quality issues it was just too small for me.

A chair for ants + Terrible shipping
For the product itself:- It’s too small (and I’m a small, short person)- Sits tilted slightly forward- Even adjusted loosely it still barely rocks- The bottom padding won’t last. You can feel your butt squishing all the way through after just an hour or so sitting. Again I’m a small person here (<140 lbs)Shipping:- First one got lost in Amazon's local warehouse, went the way of Raiders of the lost Ark I guess- Second one showed up looking like it had been through a war zone. I know things are rough with Covid out there, guess I just didn't realize how bad. Clearly this box had seen things.- Luckily only light damage to the chair so I assembled it only to hate it, request a refund, and have to shove it back in to its tattered home.

Practically perfect in every way
Practically perfect in every way! This chair just fits me. I am short, 5 feet tall, and this chair just fits me right out of the box. I had a chair previously that was the perfect chair, except for one thing, it was not made out of high-quality leather, and it peeled into strips. I have been on a two-year quest for a replacement, which has included the purchase and disposal of multiple chairs. This is indeed the perfect replacement. This chair is so comfortable and stable, the first thing I did when I sat in it was settle in and take a nap.

It’s a comfortable leather chair. There is a feature on the handle that lets you toggle the recline which is nice. I have to say if you are a tall person (I’m only 5’5”) the backrest may be too short to support your back and your head may sit above the top of the headrest (mine aligns perfectly with the headrest)
