One of the best purchases I’ve ever made
Man I am so happy with my new chair! Compared to the cheap chair I had this is so nice. You can tell it’s a quality product. I work from home and after 8+ hours neither my back nor butt hurt anymore like they used to with my previous chair. The padding is so comfortable Almost like sitting on a couch. Lumbar support is great as well. You can have it low or high and recline it if you want. And it’s made out of fabric and not leather, which was the main thing that attracted me to it other than the brand name and look of the chair. Assembling it was a breeze as well. The only negative is that it does have a weird smell, I don’t know how to describe it, but I’m hoping it goes away with time. I’ve had it for 4 days and actually look forward to work so I can sit in my chair 🤣Update: Ok, so I’ve had the chair for about 8 months now and the weird smell I was talking about is gone. I still love my chair and find it as comfortable as I did on day one. It still looks great as well and I use it quite a bit as I still work from home full time. I no longer look forward to work though 😂

Decent chair
This chair is reasonably comfortable, not too difficult to put together, and seems to be of good quality. My only complaint is that it sits quite high even at the lowest setting, so my feet don’t fully touch the floor when I sit all the way back, and I’m not a short person. Its a little annoying and renders the tilt function useless, but I like the chair well enough to deal with it. I spent too long agonizing over which office chair to pick, and it isn’t enough of a nuisance for me to want to start that process over again.

Lovely material, awkward build
The material is exactly what I thought it would be and I love that! However, the arms are a bit too high which causes a shoulder hunch, my feet barely touch the floor on the lowest setting (I’m 5′ 2″) and it feels like the upper back rest pushes my shoulders forward too much causing strain on my neck and pushes me off the middle and lower portions of the back of the chair whether I am using the arm rests or not. I’m going to keep it for the time being to see if I get used to it, but if I can’t get used to it within a few weeks, it is going back.I can’t stand leather and leather-esc materials; for some reason, the cold, slickness of it makes my skin crawl. Most office chairs that aren’t garbage are leather so this microfiber one had me really hopeful…Good quality so far. Thick, supportive cushion, soft material. Sadly, the way it is measured out tanks its otherwise great comfortability.

Great comfort, back support and durability
I’ve had this chair and used it daily for more than three years and I cannot recommend it enough. Great back support, good cushioning, quality upholstery and just the right amount of resistance for leaning. Pairs great with an under-desk sloped footrest for max comfort. I’m 6 feet / 182 cm and 185 lbs and find it exceedingly comfortable to work in.

Arrived defective
Chair is pretty and comfortable;however, it arrived with silver writing, and a cut with indentations from packaging. LaZBoy says to take issue up with Amazon, but Amazon is showing that we may only get a partial refund after 30-40days despite it clearly arriving defective. Incredibly disappointed, and it seems to be lovely outside of these defects.

This is the BEST office chair!
Fabulous office chair! Super comfortable with well padded cushioning. The fabric is so soft and absolutely perfect for a female’s office. I hate leather/pleather/plastic chairs because they are not breathable. The fabric on this chair is breathable and I highly recommend this for your office. The casters are well made and the handles are sturdy. Great office chair! The height is adjustable and you can lock the back in place. If the back is not locked, it rocks slightly.

Plush and soft but too rigid for every day use
The chair is easy to assemble (took maybe 15 minutes) and is good quality leather and comfortable. But, this is definitely not an every day chair like I thought. The back is locked in a 90 degree angle with the seat unlike the Serta I replaced so the whole chair and seat move back instead of just the back. It’s also not as wide as I thought, I am a bit weird in that I like to cross my legs occassionally in the chair and it’s very uncomfortable in this chair. Unfortunately, I think I will have to be sending it back and replacing it with something else from Serta.
