The appearance is exactly like the photo.
This item looks as expected from the photo. It is rather easy to install, especially if you have experience mounting items to the wall. It does have a drawer, but no handle or knob to pull open. You pull from the bottom. The drawer also does not have a catch mechanism to prevent it from being pulled all the way out and falling on the floor. I purchased it for a guest bedroom, and mostly for it’s appearance. I also like that there is no gap between the back and the wall like some floating shelves or end tables have.

Perfect size for a small closet
Fits perfectly in our small closet. I thought the drawer not having guides wouldn’t slide properly but it functions just fine. Do not use the drywall anchors that come with the product. Use screw drywall anchors to fasten the bracket on the wall. Don’t forget to tighten the drawer block to stop it from turning so that your drawer doesn’t fall out. Other than that, we love the item and thinking about purchasing another.

Very impressed with this drawer- purchased for a small wall space in my bedroom between windows. The wood is nice and the installation straightforward, took me only about 20 minutes altogether. Looks expensive! The drawer isn’t large but big enough to hold some trinkets/my sleeping mask etc.

Missing 1/2 the order, and mounting cleat is non-functional, drawer is mis-aligned
Beyond the fact that I only received 1 of 2 floating side tables – and they keep extending the delivery date due to “transportation issues”, the cleat mounting hardware is mounted incorrectly; The mount that is attached to the actual cabinet is recessed too far for the wall mounted cleat to catch. So the only way you can make it function is to either bend the cleats to barely catch, loosen the screws, or add washers or some spacer to the cabinet mounted cleats to have them extend enough to catch the wall mounted – no good solution short of doing this time-consuming customization.The drawer is also mis-aligned; meaning that when completely closed, it sticks out more on one side vs. the other. This also means that once the drawer is closed, it’s difficult to open – you don’t want to be consistently yanking on a floating cabinet – it won’t be floating for long. Disappointed, and no response from their customer support. At this point I’d suggest you look for an alternative.

Mounting hardware not good
Seriously? Do not waste your hard earned dollars on this subpar item. Sure, it looks super cute and love the style. However, the Z brackets on the back are recessed to the point of non-functional. You absolutely must have the skill and tools to fix this thing. I am lucky to have a husband who is full of ingenuity and will fix it so it can be mounted. The brackets will have to be removed, spacers added, and put back together before being able to mount. The mounting is horribly designed and wishing I had not torn up and thrown away all the packaging. This f#%!&@# thing would be returned. Another reviewer made the same point about the hardware. Pay attention to this info and save yourself from this experience.
