I love these chairs. They were incredibly well-packed to avoid scratching the finish. It took me as long to unpack as it did to assemble. Very high quality look—it came with caps to cover all bolts to help with both the longevity and appearance, which is rare in this price range. They really look like they’re from an expensive patio furniture store. The swivel motion is a bit stiff. It may loosen up with use. I like the slight rocking movement. Sturdy, classy, great value.

UPDATE: I ended up purchasing two more chairs for a set of four. Very happy with these chairs and they are very comfortable! Love my outdoor dining area!——These chairs…OMG!!! They are GORGEOUS!!! I only purchased two to make a bistro set, but if there is room on my patio after I set everything up, I’ll definitely purchase two more!I have to tell you, these chairs were packaged extremely well and carefully. Everything was wrapped in foam, the legs were individually wrapped in a plastic netting. The box was well insulated and everything was in perfect condition! The instructions were very simple and clear and only took me about 45 minutes to assemble both chairs. I’m 59 with arthritis so someone younger and stronger could easily put them together much faster.I would say the only small thing is that these chairs are designed for dining and not lounging. The back pillows sit high, but the back support is low, so sitting back is not too comfortable.The chairs are so beautiful, I am considering purchasing another set for our basement eating area!The cushions are very comfortable; not too firm and not too soft. Oh, and they have a nice weight and very sturdy! I’m a plus size girl with hips and the size is perfect for me! I have room on either side and don’t feel squished.Love, love, love! Cannot wait to put them on my patio! I highly recommend!

Defective Chairs. Terrible Customer Service. Not worth it.
DO NOT BUY. Worst customer service ever. I purchased 8 of these chairs less than a year ago because one of the seat slats broke. The chair was still under warranty and they agreed to send me a replacement at no charge, but it was a different frame color. They admitted that the chairs I bought had a defect and they had “improved” them with the one they sent me and that if I didn’t like the color, I should paint them! I even offered to pay just to have a matching set but they wanted me to pay full price to replace the other chairs that are also showing signs of defects. So, I’m just supposed to live with a mismatched set of defective chairs that are less than year old (barely used). I might also mention they are far from easy to put together. DO NOT BUY. This company is the WORST. It boils my blood that I can’t give a lower rating.
