Solid bed frame, great customer service — small hiccup but resolved quickly
The bed frame itself is sturdy, well-designed, and very easy to assemble. The instructions were clear and the final product looks great in my space.There was a small issue at the beginning — one part in the original package was incorrect, and I initially expected to wait 2–3 weeks for a handcrafted replacement. The seller responded promptly and explained everything clearly. When I shared that I couldn’t leave the parts in my living room for several weeks, they proactively offered to send me a brand-new replacement set instead.The new frame arrived quickly, installation went smoothly, and the seller followed up to make sure everything worked out. They have been very friendly, responsible, and solution-driven throughout the entire process.Overall, despite the initial hiccup, I’m very happy with both the product and the customer support. Fast, easy assembly.
Wow! Fast assembly alone. 1.25 hrs. I’m a 57 yr old female with furniture assembly experience. Even without experience, you should get through this fine. This sits flat on the ground – no more under the bed dust! But, that means you are sleeping low to the ground – this plus the thickness of your mattress (no box spring) I love it but that’s not for everyone. Feels very zen to me.

Good purchase
It’s very pretty, it’s low so if you’re not into that, you may want to consider another option, but for me it’s perfect. It’s sturdy, but the size is bigger than our bed by a few centimeters (like 3 or 4), so there’s space that’s empty that I don’t like on the edges. The instructions are also very clear, me and my husband built it in about an hour, but it does take two people to do the king size, so keep that in mind.

So easy to assemble, parts were clearly labeled. Color is definitely a darker walnut.

Bed frame looks nice. Seems sturdy, but it came with no instructions, so it took way longer to know if all the parts were included and to put together than necessary. Trying to find instructions online for my specific frame was impossible and the little video on the product description page wasn’t very helpful. I’ll update once it’s together and I try lying in it.
