Any tips to extend the overall lifespan of my fountain?
1.Keep the water clean.
2.Avoid running the pump dry.
3.Remove algae occasionally.
4.Protect it from freezing weather.
How to extend the service life of the pump ?
You can use a timer plug to prevent the pump from running dry after water evaporation.
Usually, it can be set for about 8 hours.Check the water level regularly and refill as needed to prevent the pump from running dry.
Can I use my fountain outdoors during winter?
1.If your area gets below **40°F (4°C)**, it’s best **not to run the fountain outdoors**.
2.before freezing temperatures arrive, please **remove both the pump and LED cables**
Can I use my fountain outdoors during winter?
3.Please drain all the water and store the pumps indoors to prevent freezing damage.
4.You can keep the fountain itself outdoors if covered with a waterproof cover or plastic wrap, but avoid letting water or snow accumulate inside.
Can I still use the fountain indoors in winter?
Yes! Many customers enjoy using their fountains indoors during the colder months.
Just make sure to:
Place it on a stable, waterproof surface.

Great Fountain! Very Relaxing Sound. Large Size & Easy To Assemble
I wanted to order a larger size fountain. This is one was perfect size , especially for the price.It was packaged well and very easy to assemble. It looks and works great!We love the top planter feature which allows us to place artificial plants at the top of the fountain for a true tropical look. There are also two side planter “vases” built in to put flowers or decorations.I was very impressed with the resin product. Lighter weight than stone, yet sturdy. The water sound is just loud enough to be relaxing, but quiet enough not to be annoying.Install tip: The suction cups on the bottom of the pump will not stick to the bottom of the fountain base unless they are wet. Add a little water to the reservoir and then the pump will adhere to the bottom of the base.I would buy from Tankana again…no worries.

Love! The burbling sound is so lovely and relaxing. I actually use the fountain as a bird bath and they love it! Easy to set up and use.

Pretty but…
The fountain is attractive and quality made. Problem for me was my entryway plug could not accommodate the two plugs because one is the transformer type. The company offered me money back for an extension cord but I didn’t want extension cord in my entryway. Ultimately after four requests for a return shipping label the company refunded the fountain cost and told me not to return it, which I was very willing to do once I got that shipping label. You need two separate plugs to run this or an extension cord. The post did not clarify that.

PRETTY DARN NICE
It’s bigger than I thought but very durable and stable. Also doesn’t need a lot of care as the water is mostly enclosed so it doesn’t get dirty. I used some eco friendly Fountain Protector on the water, too, to keep it from getting yucky. It has a nice sound and I like the light. I brought it inside for the winter and put a sortof “Stonehenge effect” on it. Cool. We live in a dry climate so it adds a little humidity, too.😎👍

Lovely waterfall sound
This beautiful fountain has a durable “natural stone” finish, and I really like the neutral/minimalist style. It fits well in our yard, kind of understated, and like it has always been there—can’t wait to see it when all the flowers and shrubs are in full bloom around it come summer. I was also pleasantly surprised it’s a bit bigger than I’d expected, but still very easy to move around and set up. The pump, at full strength, has an active bubbly flow that thankfully isn’t too loud— it’s just really melodic and relaxing. Every time we open the front door we hear the water flowing, and it’s just so nice. Haven’t plugged in the LED light yet, but I’m sure I’m sure it’s fine. We bought this wonderful fountain after returning a different style (2-tiered, really loud, with no adjustable flow) and are so happy we did. EDITED TO ADD RECENT PHOTO OF PLANTS FILLED OUT AROUND FOUNTAIN.

If you’re looking for a fountain that doesn’t splatter water everywhere, This is the one! I was looking for a fountain that didn’t splash water everywhere and that had a fairly robust water sound to use INDOORS. This fit the bill perfectly! Love it!

I brought these 2 beautiful fountains to light up my living room when guests arrive and had not realized how huge, heavy, and well crafted they were. They have well over exceeded my expectations of them and I haven’t even plugged them in yet. Now I’m overtaking how to place these beauties…I will keep you posted on my update. AMAZING…

My major disappointment is the colour of this bowl. One of my main reasons for buying it was because of the beautiful muted mossy muted green colour, which would have fit perfectly with a garden landscape. * see attached photos.Because it is kind of a rounded shape, it gives the appearance of being much bigger than the dimensions would suggest. I just find it will probably be too big for my project., and sadly I will likely be returning it for these reasons.On the ‘pro’ side – I admire its simplicity … it is so hard to find an aesthetically pleasing bubble fountain without all the little tchotchkes that most of them have, without spending over $500 CAD.This item was meticulously packaged and shipped in a strong box. Delivery was quick, in spite of my rural location … lots of rigid styrofoam for protection(which I will break into little bits and use as drainage in the bottom of my flower pots. I hate the stuff but always find a second use for it rather than putting it in the garbage).In summary, it would be great for many people. I’m just not one of them because the colour turns me off.*NOTE- the stones on top are my stones and not included with this item.
