Instruction don’t say but compare hose lengths. There may be a difference for each bucket.
Works great no leaking sounds nice. Only issue is the hosing loosened up over night and would not stay attached. I had to buy better quality hose. I added some lights and fake ivy turned out pretty.

Good looking fountain
Updated review…After needing to refill the largest basin almost every day (and it”s on a timer that only runs about 6 hours), I drained it and began looking for the leak. Turns out the center of the largest tub had an imperfection inbthe center that created a slow leak. Purchased some adhesive leak sealer tape at Home Depot and that gixed the problem. Need better instructions and better quality control in manufacturing it. Maybe even a leak test before shipping. The leak sealer tape was about $10. For that reason and the other issues with the assembly, i wouldn’t recommend.Cool fountain. The instructions for assembly didn’t mention the two metal bars that came with the unit. They weren’t in any of the pictures. I texted the company and after several exchanges, including me sending a pic, they finally said it “could be installed under two of the basins. But if it didn’t fit just leave them off”. When the basins were full it caused the plastic tub to sag. The metal bars are definitely needed. The instructions need to be revised and the quality improved. I had to shorten each one a bit. Overall I like the fountain.

Attractive but one design issue
Attractive. Easy to assemble. Works well. It lost a star because of a design flaw. After awhile the weight of the water in the top 2 barrels bends and causes the water to spill. I had to place a strong board inside for support. Otherwise no complaints.

This company puts customers first. We had a problem with our fountain after the return deadline with Amazon. Alpine made sure to take care of the problem right away by replacing it. They consistently checked in with me to make sure I was aware of the progress of the process and was being taken care of . Hands down best customer service I have received in long time.

Unsatisfied, poor quality material.
Low quality material. Would not recommend. I don’t expect it to last long. It’s possible I may be surprised, but I don’t think so. The middle bucket sags. The pump works well though.

A satisfied customer, Lincolnshire UK.You may be surprised that I’ve rated this water feature with 5 stars, when I first took delivery of this product which was broken on arrival…!! This had obviously happened during delivery, but it was such that it was unusable. I immediately contacted customer service by email, showing photos of the broken parts, and on the very same day, Jamie Alforque, a customer service representative, arranged to have a second delivery sent out, without the need to return any of my first delivery, which I can now use as spares if ever needed. The second delivery arrived in tack and within 30 mins of its arrival, I had it assembled and running and we’re delighted with it, and also delighted with the prompt and reassuring support from Alpine’s customer service team.

I was so looking forward to this item. Said easy to assemble!!! Hmmmm … not so.I accept I am old and disabled but I don’t usually have trouble assembling things.Quite complicated and 19 screws to get through slightly offset badly drilled holes!Could not get tubing onto Pump. Used hot water and water based lubricant 😉 😉 which helped.Whole thing very fiddly. Took me THREE HOURS!!!!However, once put together and up and running… it’s really rather fine.Despite being in agony now …. am pleased with final object but really had to drop stars for lack of ease of assembly.THIS IS THE THREE BARREL ONE! Maybe some of the other choices are easier!!!
