I was a little concerned about whether this was going to fit my mainstay gazebo 10×10 (121”); but it fits perfectly. The material is thicker than my original one and doesn’t blow away with the wind. The color is just as described and it keeps the water from getting to my patio furniture. Zipper is good and keeps bugs out. Buy this if you’re considering!

When ordering replacement canopies make sure of your corner to corner sizes.
I haven’t put the main canopy on yet but have installed the 2 nd tier canvas. It fits a little loose but in comparison to 2 others I ordered this piece fits better than the others. Apparently at one point Lowe’s sold two different sizes one being a true 10×10 size and another style that was sold was only 117” x 117. So I suggest you make sure of measurements prior to ordering

Has more room so not straining at corners.
Just put it up. Easy to put on, not so tight as others we have gotten. Also it has more grommets so I believe rain will drain better. The only issue is the Velcro is just a little short for our frame. On our corners we the Velcro just meets by 1/2 an inch. This is an easy fix for me. I will definitely buy again when needed.

Decent for the price, but definitely not water-resistant
We have a Home & Gardens 10×10 two-tier gazebo, and after two years of Vegas wind and heat, the original cover finally tore. Honestly, it held up better than expected.I bought this replacement because the size was correct & fits nicely—though the second-tier portion was too big, so I had to reuse the original. The corners on this one are nicely reinforced, and the Velcro straps attach well to the inside bars, they could be a little longer, but it works. However, there are no tie-downs on the four corners, so I had to improvise with large binder clips to keep it secure.Vegas doesn’t get much rain, but we recently had an all-day storm, and I can say with certainty that this canopy is NOT water-resistant. Everything underneath ended up getting wet, which definitely wasn’t expected. We’ll see if it holds up in the hot summer months.Price not to shabby, but then again—you get what you pay for. Fit is good, but if you need real weather protection, this may not be the best option.

Wayyyyy too big!!
This thing is HUGE! It is WAY too big for a 10×10! Such a waste of money! I have had the same Aldi’s brand gazebo up for 11 years, and have to replace the top every other year or so, and I have never had a problem with fit…. Until now. What a crock! The color is red, not brown, but, I can deal with it, it’s not ugly, but it’s at least 3″ too big on the main canopy, the top at LEAST 8″!!! Now, because I ordered early, so I could get it before spring, I can’t even return it because the return window is closed. What a scam. Never again with this company! Totally wasted my money!

This is the second sun shade cover that I have purchased through Amazon. The first lasted four summers and then had to be discarded. This shade is of superior quality and fits the 10′ x 10′ frame very well. I am very happy with it and hope it lasts many summers.

I wasn’t expecting this to be as advertised 10 ft by 10 ft is a difficult size to get and I have returned many but this was a perfect fit the eyelet holes to let water out is an excellent idea if I could say a few more straps around the sides would be perfect this was double the price I would normally pay because they usually only last one year but I’m hopefull this will last a little longer
