Nice rollable chairs
This was an easy put together chair that is very strong and sturdy for my group classes. The quality is awesome and planning to order six more chairs. The money was worth it to replace some previous chairs I ordered from Amazon. The roll well and very functional and the back support is great. Well worth every penny I spent and plan to spend. Plus, these chairs are stackable.

Sturdy, yet very comfortable chair!
I bought this item after back surgery. I thought it would be helpful, as it’s a slightly higher chair, with minimal cushioning. It has been absolutely wonderful. I am still struggling with pain, and when the pain is awful, this is my go to chair. I do not have to lower myself too far to get in. The chair is sturdy and very comfortable, and the arms are wonderful. And I have to say everyone else likes the chairs. They have a permanent home in the sunroom when my back is not acting up. But when that happens, they get moved to where I need them. Now one is on the front porch. They were the only white chairs like a find, and I could not be more happy with the purchase.

DEFECTIVE STACKING – BEWARE
DO NOT ORDER THESE CHAIRS IF YOU NEED THEM TO STACK as advertised. After ordering 2 chairs that were easy-to-assemble, solid, comfortable, and stacked properly, I ordered 4 more. All 4 chairs, due to a MANUFACTURING DEFECT, will not stack normally. The back legs are too wide at the bottom to fit between the armrests for normal stacking. I contacted the vendor explaining the problem. I provided photographs with measurements to support my claim. The photos showed correct assembly. Over 40 days of frustrating and slow communication with the vendor, I stated and restated the problem via the online Amazon customer service portal. The vendor denied the defect and continued to suggest reassembly as a solution, and repeatedly asked for documentation I had already provided. It was clear that no one was reading the entire complaint file – they were only reading my most recent message each time they responded. They offered replacement, but would NOT provide a ship date or tracking number. Only 1 return shipping label was provided – the order shipped in 2 boxes. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced.A recent reply from the vendor’s customer service about providing two return shipping labels:“You have already opened and used it, which has affected our secondary sales. We are unable to process it for you, and you don’t have to worry because we will not provide you with shipping services. You can send it back by yourself”The vendor’s online customer service is not fluent in ENGLISH making communication difficult. The company website lists a NON-WORKING phone number in Dallas Texas. This 3rd party vendor charges when the order is PLACED rather than when the order SHIPS.The vendor has 528 lifetime 1-STAR and 2-STAR Amazon ratings citing manufacturing defects and poor customer service.The first photo shows stacking of all 4 defective chairs. The other photos show 2 chairs from the first order that stack normally, and 2 chairs from second order that are defective, and will only stack as shown with back legs over the armrests rather than between them. IN ALL MY ORDERS, 4 of 6 (66%) CHAIRS WERE DEFECTIVE.

Nice looking and comfortable chair!
It’s a nice-looking chair once you put it all together. The seating cushion is comfortable, the back does not hurt to lean against, and the material is of good quality. The only problem is the assembling. I have a lot of experience assembling furniture by myself, but this one was a challenge! It took me more than one hour for just one chair. It came with all the hardware included, no pieces were missing *they actually included spares), and you don’t need a screwdriver, but the item is a bit heavy, which is a good thing, but it requires the help of a second person at times, especially when you screw in the back and the bottom bar. Overall is a great chair and I recommend it, but I will have to update you on durability. It’s for my 14-year-old who hates rolling chairs, and sadly has destroyed three sturdy chairs already! Price is a bit high IMO, but it’s worth it, and there are no shipping charges.

Perfect chairs for seniors
These are perfect chairs for my mother in law’s suite. We put one in the bathroom and one in the bedroom. The arms help her get up and they look beautiful.

Description featuring ergonomic lumbar support is accurate
Purchased this chair after having full (right) hip replacement, so as to sit and move at the dinner table. It is rock solid, arms at good height (I’m 6 foot male), and rolls well. The claimed ergonomic back rest is not hype; the chair is quite comfortable for sustained use. Assembly is straightforward if close attention is payed to the minimal instructions. At its price it’s an excellent value. Our assembly was aided by the appropriate metric Allen T-wrench, which afforded tight installation of the screws. The included wrench would likely not have allowed a tight fit unless kludged with pliers. Good buy, and I write few such reviews.

Great chair, but measurements inadequate
The chair was easy to assemble and looks great. Unfortunately, the reason I bought the chair was to place it over a walking treadmill at my computer desk. The measurements given are only for the front chair legs, which fit fine. But the back chair legs are narrower and the measurements were not given so I had no way to know that it was narrower in the back. The back legs will not fit over the treadmill so the chair is useless for its intended purpose.

Love this chair and looks great in my bedroom! My Sister in Law put it together for me as I have mobility issues so helps me easily get of the chair by pushing up on the arms. Very comfortable too. My Sister in Law was surprised how easy it was to put together. Nice quality certainly value for money 👍
