Nice chairs but they don’t stay level
Chairs were easy to assemble and came with clear instructions. They are sturdy and comfortable and are at the perfect height for our kitchen island. The only thing I don’t care for are the adjusters at the bottoms of the legs. They frequently need to be adjusted and they become uneven as they are used. They also don’t slide well on my tile floor so I’ll have to add something to the bottoms to make it a little smoother to move them.

The allen wrench is the worst part of this product!!
These are great stools! They look like real leather and seem to be pretty high quality so far. When you sit in the chair, the thick cushion deflates a little so I’d probably say it’s closer to 22-23 inches when you’re sitting in it. They look great though. Assembly was definitely okay if you sort out the screws and washers ahead of time so you know which screws/washers go with each section, but once I had the first one down, I cruised through the other two stools in about 20 minutes each. The absolute worst part is the stupid allen wrench they include with these types of assembly required items. Some of the screws are in tight corners and you have to maneuver the right way with the back of the chair and the seat, so you have to have it lined up correctly and these stupid wrench things made it a bit of a pain in the a**, and I have tiny hands! Once you get past that, it’s smooth sailing and it was worth the occasional swearing seeing them fully assembled at my counter!

Very Poorly Made Chairs
UPDATE: We are 7 months post purchase on these 6 chairs and they are total junk. ALL the chairs are not level , or even and never will be. The legs break through the underside of the chair. Every time we attempt to sit in these it makes us miserable. We already have to replace all 6 chairs. How’s that for value? FIRST REVIEW- The chairs look great. However they are not exactly stable and DO NOT take the wear and tear of daily usage. We purchased 6 chairs in total and after 3 months of using 4 of the chairs (the other two are more for decoration), two of the chairs are so wobbly and unstable we have to retire them. After ONLY 3 MONTHS OF USE. My husband is quite handy, he put these chairs together but they are NOT built to last. We would LOVE to hear from the company and get a replacement for the two of six chairs that are clearly inferior. Thanks!

The stools were delivered ahead of schedule and arrived in great condition. They took awhile to assemble but all went well. The stools are attractive and look just like the pictures. The price was good. However, the reason we are giving them 3 stars is that the quality assurance is not consistent. One chair has adequate cushioning in the seat. The other two sink down when you sit on them. It is very visible when people are sitting on them as the one sits higher and is more comfortable than the other two. The manufacturer’s inspection team was not doing a quality job that day!

One star for the shipping, one-day delivery and hassle-free return process. I can’t comment on the chair because it came broken. It looked cheap from what I could tell.
