Decent chair for the price!!!!
Good chair for the price it was. I put it together myself in about 30 min. It def wasn’t rocket science to assemble. Comfy and has a nice swivel to it. The heat option isn’t all that, but the vibration massage is nice. Decent size chair as well and the color (grey) I got was nice. Overall, for under $250 bucks, it’s a nice chair. Not the most high quality, but you pay for what ya get! Def worth it for someone who needs a comfy recliner asap and hates shopping around at furniture stores.

After lots of research and reading all of the reviews, I decided to give this chair a chance. Even before I ordered I noticed some differences- this chair comes in one box while most others come in 2. A chair in a box? What? But I realized most chairs probably come in a box and the store just assembles them before I make the purchase. I was able to get the box in the house myself and assembly was actually super easy! this chair has metal arms compared to others I’ve previously owned made with wood that easily break. This recliner swivels and rocks, along with the heat and massage, I was off to lala land in no time at all! Super comfy and sturdy as well great quality-I recommend this recliner to anyone looking for a low cost, quality recliner

UPDATE: After several attempts to reach the seller, they finally got back to me. They sent replacement arm covers for the defective ones I received.The chair is comfortable, the fabric is soft and the massage features works as described. My only complaint is the footrest is difficult to close.Would I purchase again? Probably. Yes, the seller was slow to respond, but once they did, they took care of the original problems.I purchased two recliners, and they were delivered in a timely fashion. The assembly was rather easy, and the color was as described. The massage feature works well and the chairs are comfortable. The issue I have with the recliners is the workmanship and customer service from the seller. There were defects with the arm cushions on both recliners. With one recliner, the zipper was not sewn onto the material, leaving a gap of about 6”. The outer stitching at the seam near the cupholder from the other arm cushion is pulled and frayed. With the other recliner, the end of the zipper was not stitched into the seam, therefore the head of the zipper fell off and we were not able to reattach it. Four arm cushions, three of them damaged. We were able to work around the zipper issues but we’re not sure how long they will hold up. And I’m sure over time, the fraying at the seam will only get worse. My hope was that the seller would be able to replace the damaged arm cushions. I received these recliners a week ago and have reached out to the sellers twice, but unfortunately, they have not responded. If you decide to purchase from this company, go into it knowing that if there are issues, you are on your own. At this point, my experience has not been positive with their customer service or the quality of the product.

Quality vs practicality it’s a bare minimal chair
Size, this chair is not an oversized chair but a standard size. The cushioning could be better, can feel the framework after sitting for 30 minutes. And it definitely could use some type of locking mechanism to stop the swiveling. Especially for families with kids. I got this chair for a surgical recovery post c section and post upper GI hiatal hernia repair surgery, and within 3 days my kids had the power supply cord broke. The heat feature is subpar an actual heating pad works better, and the massage feature I wouldn’t call it that because there isn’t actual massaging just vibrations. Again you’re better off buying a portable massaging heat pad compared to this.

Best chair I’ve got yet would recommend to anyone
This chair is so comfortable and relaxing when you have massage on and heat to relive your back pain and the size is perfect. It also flows with my house decor so it’s not all out of design. The functional and easy to assemble is is very sturdy when your sitting in it.

perfect recliner!
I absolutely love this recliner! It was super easy to assemble (took me maybe 10 minutes) and looks even better in person. The material feels soft but durable, and it’s incredibly comfortable — perfect for movie nights or just relaxing after work. The reclining motion is smooth and sturdy, and it doesn’t take up too much space, which was a big plus for me.

False advertisement is not oversized. It’s a child’s chair!
Would be zero Stars if I could. Seller advertises bold letters “Oversized” I bought the chair to recover after total knee replacement received the chair, paid someone to put it together for me just to find it is a very small recliner. To see it, you would think it was for a young pre adolescent girl. No more than 100 lb. The cushioning is so thin your bottom hurts within minutes of sitting on it, your head comes over the top your feet hang off the end. I am 5’6″, 165 lbs. There is no way a man could sit in this chair let alone use it as a recliner. I would have considered it for my 6-year-old’s room but my frustration is I thought I was getting a plush, oversized, recliner not a children’s chair. They sell because of the faulse descriptions. The pictures make it appear larger pressure than it is. Shame on this company for false descriptions.

It’s a great buy!
I bought this for my elderly mother. The chair she had was really uncomfortable and I wanted to give her an upgrade. Assembly was not as daunting as it looked and her and I were able to get it adding a short amount of time. The heat and massage features are amazing. She spends a good amount of time in her recliner so comfort is very important. I, myself, have sat in it to check out the heat and massage and they both work great and are so nice! The size is nice. My mom is small but I have a large frame and it was comfortable to me. It feels nice and sturdy and it reclines nice and smooth. If you’re on the fence, my advice is to go for it. I think you’ll be very happy with this chair.
