Very Worth It!
This chair is a bit pricey, but honestly, it’s totally worth it. It’s hands down the most comfortable chair I’ve ever owned. It feels like sitting in one of those super soft leather recliners at the movie theater. The recline angle is perfect for just kicking back and watching something without straining my neck. I sit at my desk for hours, and this chair really helps with the back pain that my old chair never did. The chair is also nice and spacious, which makes it extra comfy. Comfy, comfy, comfy
This chair is fantastic and unbelievably comfortable. The fabric is soft but durable and the cushioning is supportive yet comfortable. My husband works out of our home office 2-3 days a week. He spends a lot of time at his desk. He loves this chair. The option to recline and/or put his feet up is a fantastic feature. The only issue is, the chair is so comfy, he is afraid that during boring phone conferences he might fall asleep! He hasn’t used the heat or massage features yet for this reason. Assembly was pretty easy. I did it on my own in thirty minutes. Definitely a great buy.

Smaller than anticipated
Delivered two days early, the box was ripped open on one corner. Fortunately, no parts were missing or broken. The instructions were easy to follow, and the bolts matched. The assembled product was smaller than expected. The sturdy base had five wheels, and the soft, brown cloth felt comfortable. I appreciated the footrest, reclining, kneading massage, and heating features. The back pillow was smaller than anticipated. Overall, the value was as expected.

I was a little nervous ordering another office chair online since I’ve had a couple that felt cheap, but this one turned out way better than I thought.The box was heavy and a bit awkward to move, but everything was packed fine. Assembly took me about 20 minutes alone. Nothing too complicated, just takes a bit of patience lining up the screws.The chair itself feels solid. I’m about 6’1” and it’s tall enough in the back to actually support me. Seat cushion is thick and comfortable, and the footrest is nicer than I expected—it actually slides out smoothly and doesn’t feel flimsy.The massage and heat functions aren’t super strong but they do the job. The massage gives my lower back some relief after sitting a few hours, and the heat is just enough to take the edge off.Overall, it’s a comfortable, sturdy chair that’s made my work days a lot easier. For the price, I’m really happy with it.

Relatively comfortable
I was waiting a bit longer to give a final review. I was able to put it together over 2 days. However I thought it would be roomier. But it’s relatively comfortable so no issues there. My cons: cumbersome – the lever to lower chair is ok but the other one to recline the seat is very hard to reach. It’s encumbered by the massage remote positioning. I had sciatica pain,hence the reason for the new chair and that lever is so low I have to twist and stretch way down if I’m sitting in the chair to press on it. Not happening.The Arms are NOT staying on. I’ve tried putting/screwing them in about 4 times, they get shaky and then come off. Not sure if the screws are fitting firmly. That’s a big deal breaker for me. I give up for now.The power cord easily tangles around the base/wheels of the chair. I’ve unplugged it totally for now.It’s relatively comfortable and Its growing on me. Runs well on my carpet. I’m hoping to get the Arms screwed in firmly as they should and then I’ll do an updated review maybe in another few months .

Very cushioning chair
This chair is so super comfy, the cushions are very thick and supportive. It reclines to pretty much any position possible so you just have to find what works for you. I like it back all the way, with the footrest up, and maybe a little heat and massage, which feels pretty good too. The massage isn’t super strong but it does the job. Allen all excellent chair, I think you would like it too. Oh yeah and it definitely looks great very attractive chair.

Great office chair
This is a great very comfortable office chair and I love the needing massage. It’s made out of good quality material and is very comfortable as I spend sometimes 10 to 14 hours in my office. The only thing I would change about the chair is that the needing massage would move up and down my back. Great purchase though would highly recommend
