It’s much firmer than my previous 3 different memory foam mattresses. I have a pad underneath the fitted sheet so it does give it a little bit more softness. If I didn’t have that, I think I would find it uncomfortable, but that’s just me.

A few things to consider
I gave an extra star due to resonable customer service.We recieved our mattress is a timely manner, and opened onto the floor and let inflate the full 72 hours as instructed. The matress corners did not inflate and the middle was over inflated.After a week of negotiations and photos the company replaced the matress.Which required another 72 hour wait. This 2 week no bed situation was a real inconvenience.The replacement mattress inflated correctly and is as described.However, extra deep full size sheets don’t fit it. They fit the bed we are replacing just fine. So we are going to have to get queen sheets and grips to fit. Yet another expense and inconvenience.I do believe this will be a good mattress after we make it work. Quite firm yet comfortable.It doesn’t have any chemical smell which is a plus.Overall I would recommend with caution.
