Packaging and assembly.
This Gazebo met all of my expectations! The item was shipped in 3 boxes, each box was very easily unpacked. I appreciated the hardware packaging and item labeling. It made for easy to follow assembly instructions using appropriately labeled parts and hardware.Unpacking and assembly took 7-8 hours, not using a power rachet. A power rachet may have save 30 minutes at most. Everything fit together perfectly! As we all know, sometimes holes are a little off, but not this Gazebo. A few short assembly “notes” would have been helpful. Twice I turned the page to find that I got a little ahead of myself and had to disassemble a few things.About half of the assembly requires 2 people. The first few steps of assembly preparation of legs and support beams can be completed by 1 person, but assembling the standing structure requires 2 people.Overall, it was a very uncomplicated assembly.Great produce that I would purchaseagain. No regrets!

Great deal on a great product
I was a bit worried when I ordered this. It arrived quickly and in great condition. There were only two pieces that were slightly bent, but easily bent back. The directions are clear and the parts are all clearly labled. The quality is much better than I expected and their support was great when I called. The only thing that I would suggest that could make it even better is that at the bottom of each post there are only two holes to attach this Gazabo to the bracket that secures it to the ground. The bracket has actually has 4 tabs, so I just drilled two more holes to match. Since this was the main contact point holding it down, 4 bolts were better than 2 per post. It’s only been a month and no high winds yet, but very happy with it so far.

No internal ties
This item states can last through harshest winter winds! 20mph winds ripped the back zipper and the holes to secure it down ripped off. There are no internal ties to secure to gazebo posts making the sides unable to hold up to any wind. The back has no areas to tie it down which would have helped. NOT WIND RESISTANT

Well worth the purchase
This was one of the best packaged product that I have purchased. Each piece was clearly marked and packaged separately. Ordering online can sometimes be a roll of the dice and then the worry that comes with that if any of the pieces will be dinged or dented but no such issues when receiving this product. Easy to put together as long as you pay attention to the details. Only needed help when attaching longer braces to the columns. I have put 4 other gazebo’s together to include the cedar gazebo from Costco and this was by far the easiest roofing assembly. Took me an 8 hour day with a few adult beverage breaks during the set up. Once together it is very sturdy as the next day we had 45 mph winds and had no issues…(make sure to anchor securely).

Few things could be better
For the price, it is okay. Fit pretty well, easy to slide on. I think it is not tall enough. I have about a three/four inch gap at the bottom. Wind will definitely blow in during the winter. Also, I have seen models with internal tie straps along the four posts. There are grommets at the four corners, but nothing to tie down along the sides. The fabric is pretty light, hopefully it will last the season and I will see how it holds out. Honestly, it is probably worth spending a bit more.
