Second time’s the charm.
Gorgeous fountain. The first one came with a large crack in the side and naturally the subsequent leak emptied the fountain in about 2.5 hours. I informed Amazon of the problem and they contacted Dephet (the seller). Dephet send a replacement after verification by photo of the crack. The second one arrived quickly and as of today is working perfectly. Dephet was easy to work with and their prompt and efficient response to this issue was great. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this fountain and the seller Dephet and commend Amazon for their help with issue.

Perfect for our small garden space. Lightweight, easy for two people to move. Easy to set up. Looks natural, water does not splash out and has a large reservor. Looks and sounds beautiful day and night. Highy recommend.

It leaked in 2 weeks and I have to pay for shipping it back
I received this item 2 weeks ago and set it up on a smart plug so it would be automated like most of the house. It was beautiful the first 2 weeks, working well, sounding soothing and relaxing. A few days ago I noticed the floor all around it was wet and the water wasn’t trickling the same, some areas had no water stream. I filled it back up to see what was happening. The next day water all over the floor again and some parts not trickling water again. It was leaking. I tried to swap or exchange the defective item but was only offered a refund after I selected the radio button that it was defective, so I had to select refund. Then I am advised that I need to pay for postage to “exchange” a defective fountain. I wanted to try a new one but now the company is making me pay shipping to return my item. Buyers beware.
