Very sturdy and very simple to put together. The extending middle connectors were a little confusing at first because the instructions aren’t in English but in the back there are pictures so that helped.

I previously had my box spring on the floor and I was freezing during the winter! Makes a huge difference having your bed up off the floor. Super easy to put together and very durable. I recommend this product

Great design and easy installing process however the mattress buckles as the middle bar alone cannot support the mattress enough. It cannot be used as it creates to massive holes and will damage the mattress eventually.
