WARNING: PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO DELIVERY OPTIONS or you too will get a couch in your driveway. It’s a little confusing and you have to pay/arrange for it to be brought inside the house/delivered to a specific room! If you don’t arrange the right delivery it’s going to be left somewhere on your property that you probably don’t want it.That being said, I won’t be letting the delivery impact my review because that was my husbands fault. I think this might be the most comfortable furniture piece I’ve ever owned and this is replacing two reclining chairs we had for years. The sofa is absolutely perfect for me (5’5”) but a little small still for my husband height wise (6ft) and his feet hang off the foot rest— a pillow under his calves/feet helps him feel perfectly relaxed and to be fair HE bought ME this loveseat but I’d figured I’d add this for the tall folks. I’m also a midsize girlie with bigger hips and I will say that I think this is best for average sized folks or smaller— I think I’m just right for this couch and I’m a size 12/14 ladies but if I were a little bigger I think I would be too big due to my wider hips. That being said it is perfect for my husband and I, it is excellent for watching TV/relaxing in our family room. The neck and back support is absolutely perfect and it’s very easy to recline as much or as little as you want. It’s not often you get this level of neck and head support while watching tv and I truly think this kind of support helps correct your posture or at least not worsen it. I don’t think we have ever been this happy with an online furniture purchase before.

Pleasantly surprised. My husband picked this couch I didnt want it.
After reading the reviews I was on the fence about this purchase. 1. Being in quarantine during a pandemic and not being able to see and test the couch beforehand had me nervous. 2. The reviews varied from “excellent service great product”, to “left outside on my lawn”. I have to say, they delivered it quickly before the scheduled time, called in advance and worked with my schedule. They brought up the the pieces out of the box, and assembled in less than 10 minutes. It was literally the bottom of the couch in 1 piece and the back of the couch in 3 pieces that easily clicked in. The delivery guys even tested out the recling function to make sure everything was ok. ALL THIS even during social distancing, to a second floor apartment went above and beyond my expectations honestly. The couch is nice and sturdy, supports alot of weight as my husbands 6ft tall and 300lbs. with us and the kids, it’s still going strong. The cats try to scratch at it and the cloth does seen to easily pull, but we got couch protector vinyl for the sides to stave off the cats. It’s been about a month and I cant honestly find anything to complain about. And I didnt want this couch, it looked clunky, but the whole family loves it. It almost reclines all the way back into sleeping position and only requires a couple of inches from the wall to do so like 4 or 5 inches. But can easily lay flush against the wall and slightly recline. Color me pleasantly surprised and satisfied with my husbands pick.

Nice Couch, horrible shipping, damaged upon arrival
Very nice but couch was damaged upon delivery. Couch was also lost in shipping and took an extra month to get here from what it was supposed to. It was around Christmas time so I did give some grace because of that. But was disappointed to find that the couch was loose and defective. I will be asking for a refund. Every time I sit down I have to push the side of it to make the cushion straight again. After all that waiting, just to have it damaged was very disappointing. If it hadn’t been, it would have been a nice couch.

Not comfortable
I hate to say this but this couch is not comfortable. It was easy to put together. But the comfortability of it is a no-go. The size is great, the color is great, it is a firm couch, but it is not comfortable.

Love the fabric upholstery. Seating is quite firm at first, but relaxes a bit with use…very pleased with this purchase.

Very comfortable and nice colour

We received this chair from a large transport truck. It wasn’t in a box, only wrapped in plastic wrap. When the driver removed the wrap the left footrest came up and when we tried to get it to snap back closed, it wouldn’t stay. It looked like the footrest was twisted. There were also 3-4 picks in the material on the left armrest. Very disappointed in this item, will probably not order furniture again online.
