Great value
Great chairs for the price. I was afraid they would look cheap, but they look very nice. They’re very comfortable and feel sturdy (I’m 5’9″/210 lbs). I bought one for the living room and one for the reading room, they’ll get fairly regular use and I’m pretty confident that they will last a while. The first one I assembled was a little rickety, but the screw-in “feet” at the bottom of the legs straightened it out. I was a little more strategic in how I tightened up the bolts on the second chair and it came out perfect with no adjustment needed. Overall, I’m very satisfied with these chairs in terms of comfort and very happy with the way they look and how they dress up the house.

Expensive for the chair and return is almost impossible
Sit very low and the return is more expensive than the chair itself. Be aware before you buy!!!

Best purchase ever
Buy them! I had to furnish an entire house and needed to do it as inexpensively as possible. I was nervous for the price that the quality wouldn’t be great but I was pleasantly surprised. The quality is amazing and they look even nicer in person as they do in the pictures. They even look and feel like real leather and the wood is sturdy. The cushions are comfortable, although I’m not sure how they will feel over time. Of all the furniture I bought for a house with two living tooms, these chairs are my number 1 favorite purchase!

Excellent customer service
I ordered the ivory chairs for use in my small living room. They arrived in a timely fashion. I took the chair seat out to check the color and found that it was more white than ivory. It did not compliment my space.My order arrived in two boxes. The return offered only 1 shipping label. I contacted customer service to inquire about a 2nd label. After a few back and forth messages, customer service resolved the issue in the best way possible. I would say that this company stands by its products. Well done!
