I love this fountain but I wish it came with a way to order a replacement pump. Mine quit a few months after ordering it and the top decoration where the water comes out the paint is coming off. But I wouldn’t change my mind on the fountain itself I love the design. Just needs a little more love. That’s all.

I surprised my mom with the Xbrand 3‑Tier Outdoor Garden Fountain and couldn’t be more thrilled with the result! Only Con is during the hot days it requires a little top off. My mom loves it and it’s a focal piece in her front garden.

Pretty, but disappointing
This fountain is pretty, but the overall operation is disappointing. The pump gets clogged at least 3 times a day. The splash guard is not pretty and it ruins the overall appearance of the fountain. Additionally, the fountain splashes water out even on the lowest settings such that I have to fill it up at least once a day.For the amount of money I paid, I was expecting so much more!

It’s a beautiful well made fountain. Pretty easy to assemble. I’m not sure about the paint chipping, time will tell.

Not terrible but high maintenance and the facade is peeling off
I went with 3 stars because the bang for my buck is lacking. You can see from the pictures that it is a nice patio piece and aside from the tubing being a tad short to maneuver through the levels from the pump. It went together easily. It comes with pieces of foam as a splash minimizer but they do nothing to that end. I have to fill it daily which is a pain but worth it for the hummingbirds that seem to like it. It stays cleaner than the one I DIY’d so there’s that. The other pic shows the fake stone peeling away. That is what really tanked the value for me. That shouldn’t happen. I would not spend that much on this again if it can’t even last 3 months….not sure how to use it going forward as I do not want to seal it with anything that can bleed into the water since wildlife uses it….
