A Pleasant Surprise!
Impressive! I was born in the early 50’s so between teenage years, apartments, dorm rooms & barracks I’ve assembled quite a few “do-it-yourself” shelves, desks, cabinets, etc. This one is by far the BEST I’ve ever encountered. Well designed, well-engineered, a LOT of attention to detail.Usually, cabinets with backs that are basically cardboard are held in with small nails (brads) that easily detach when you push a book or cd in too far. This one does not. While the back is cardboard-y, it slides into a groove, is screwed in and further secured with 36 wedges – apparently someone was listening to Customer complaints and did a great job addressing it.The shelves are fixed (not adjustable) but VERY easy to assemble, instructions are clear (you’ll need to pay attention when assembling board “C”), inexpensive, and well packaged (and won’t hurt your back lifting the box). Highly recommend, I think you’ll be pleased – I am, I’m buying 3 more!

Definitely worth it
Assembly was easy and love that it is sturdy and heavy. The color matched beautifully with my other bookshelves.

Pretty decent shelves so far
For the cost of 2 bookshelves, these are pretty great. They’re lightweight and seem flimsy but are pretty sturdy! They are definitely particle board with that cardboard backing but it doesn’t LOOK cheap, if you get what I mean. The instructions were super easy to follow as well. I upgraded to these from a cubby shelf because I am a book collector (special editions are weakness) so I needed a decent amount of space and this gives it. Still have room to grow my collection as well 😈 I didn’t think to take a picture before hand so enjoy my cringy boyfriend posing with my trophy shelf in his biker gear 🤣🥲

Quality all around.
Shockingly easy to assemble and made of quality material. This is not some super thin balsa wood, and I was surprised that everything fit together perfectly without any issues with aligning holes and screws. I found that on hardwood flooring there is no real need for securing it to the wall, everything sits as and where it should. My only downside would be the sheer weight of the box but not being particle board that is to be expected.

The quality is perfect and for the price it’s definitely worth it! It was fairly easy to assemble, it took me a little over an hour to put it together but I’m also a little dumb and did it alone so if you’re smarter than me and have help I’m sure it would go a lot faster 😂. It holds a decent amount of books, definitely will be purchasing another

Easy to put together and they look good. A little pricey for how cheap they are made though. Very cheap material. Definitely look elsewhere before buying this brand.
