Looks nice for the price.
Easy to assemble and work exactly as advertised. My landscaper fixed it onto a concrete pad so it will be stable in wind. Looks nice in my front courtyard, even without the water running. Water evaporates too fast in California dry weather, without constant refill. When water is low, the motor continues to run, and risks being burned out. So I just keep it off, until I figure out a way to automatically refill water or shut off the motor. Cannot comment on the durability yet, but for the size and price compared to similar items, I am happy with the purchase.

Attractive to look at and love the sound of water falling
Although I primarily purchased this for the birds, it is not a birdbath. The fountain is beautiful and sounds lovely. But it’s a little deep in the bottom bowl for smaller birds. I placed a rock in there for them to sit on! It is larger than I realized, even though they tell you the dimensions! And it weighs I think 60+ lbs. so it’s alittle dicey trying to dump out the water for cleaning. I am using a pool cover pump to suck out the water which works great and then I just tip it over to get out the little leftover liquid. My first fountain received had a hairline crack in the bottom bowl. I was disappointed but the seller immediately shipped me a new one. When the box was delivered the Fed Ex guy said good luck with this one because the box had some serious damage to it. There was a large hole in the box and I could clearly see the styrofoam packing. I was worried about damage again but luckily everything was fine and I am thoroughly enjoying my beautiful new addition to the yard.

It was packaged with good intent but arrived a bit jumbled around inside its carton. When I unpackaged it I discovered two lengthwise hairline cracks in the lower bowl. Prior to assembly I used some two-part epoxy and sealed the cracks myself and so far that seems to have resolved a potential leakage situation. It was easy to assemble, and I did make sure to place it on a pedestal that I leveled first. So far I am pleased with the fountain and its operation.

Great fountain but not true to color
The fountain is very pretty however, it is not white or cream. It has more of a yellow cast to it. I was hoping to add some tall flower pots with it but it is such an odd color that I won’t be able to do it.It sounds so peaceful on a quite night.

Once we got it together and flowing it is so beautiful and the sound of the water just great! The one we received was white no problem there. The instructions were confusing went back to the site and found a video! I think it is well worth the money! It is a good size too!we love it!

Buyer Beware!! Not true to color
Although this is a beautiful fountain is NOT white or even off white. It is gray…close to cement gray. The pics and ad are very deceiving. I contacted the seller and they offered to take it back and give me a refund but I will just keep it and paint it. Too much trouble to ship it back. It is very pretty but the color is NOT!! Very odd color. I ask the seller why state that it is white when CLEARLY it is not and they had nothing to say except send it back. I told them they need to change the description but no response. So BEWARE…it is not white!!! Not even close to the color in the pics. If you are looking for white or off white this fountain is not for you…keep looking! I am hoping I can paint it a nice shade of white-ish and seal it with a sealant. I am only giving it one star bc I like the design but I do NOT like being deceived and the seller not explaIning why they state it is white when indeed IT IS NOT!!

Great Fountain — Super happy
Although it cost a bit and made me nervous I believe it was worth every penny. I enjoy watching the neighborhood kids, birds, bees, and butterflies stop by to play and bathe or drink. Pretty simple to assemble. I like the volume of the water trickling down. It’s nice to open our windows and hear something peaceful. Usually it’s people talking walking by, construction, cars rumbling, or yard work being done. We get people who walk by just to admire the yard and listen to the sounds or enjoy the flowers. Very serene!On the cons side I’d like to share that it does have a good circle of splatter around it. Not sure if we leveled it correctly.Next year I’d definitely put some kind of netting over the filter so it doesn’t clog from leaves or dirt as often.Also if I could do anything differently I would NOT put pool safe dye in it. I thought for Halloween it would be fun to dye the water blood red.. What a mistake. Was able to scrub it down with Dawn dish soap and gently power wash most of the pink away. But I definitely did a little damage to it.Hoping it lasts many years.
