Beautiful fountain, GREAT customer service
It has been well over a year since we bought this fountain for our front garden. We usually don’t write many reviews, but in this case it is definitely warranted. The fountain itself is quite nice and looks great in our garden. While it does require filling of water every few days, due to evaporation, it is worth the effort. On a couple of occasions, neighbors have knocked at our door later in the evening to let us know we forgot to fill it and it stopped running. Many stop to see it every evening on their nightly walks and say it gives them a few minutes of relaxation and serenity at the end of each day, so they make sure we always keep it filled and running. We did have a small problem at first with just a couple of very small leaks. However, that was easily fixed with some spray waterproof leak sealant. The main reason we are reviewing it at this time is due to their customer service. Just a couple of months after the warrant expired, several of the LED lights died. We searched Amazon and the ‘Net for replacement lights and coyuld not find any that were actual matches that would fir perfectly into this fountain. And, even though they were somewhat equivalent, the price for just 2 lights ran at least $50 and we needed at least 4. So, out of desperation, we contacted the manufacturer, Sunjet, and were told they do not have the lights available for sale sale separately. However, they said if we bought a new transformer (for a mere $20), they would be able to include a complete set of 6 new LED lights specifically for this fountain. That was a bargain and we took them up on their offer and oredered immediately. Much to our surprise, the new transformer and lights arrived in just a few days. We were then baffled as how exactly to remove and install the new lights. We wrote them again and they went well out of their way to immediately send us detailed instructions, including many instructional photos to assist us. With all that in hand, the actual partial draining of the fountain, removing the old lights and installing the new lights took a mere 20-30 minuts and we now have our beautiful fountain running perfectly as new. Thier customer service was exemplary and, despite being past warranty, they stood behind their product and took care of us. This is definitely a company you can trust to stand behind thier products and find a way to take care of you, even past the warranty period. And, to emphasize again, this is a beautiful fountain. Our tahnks go out to Sunjet for all their assistance.

Beautiful, Well Made and So Soothing!
This is very pretty and easy to set up. My ONLY complaint is that I wish it had a deeper well so I didn’t have to refill it so often. I live in Texas and it gets HOT here, rapidly evaporating the water in this fountain. You can have just the lights on, just the water on, or both. I’m thrilled with this purchase and it’s the perfect addition to my indoor atrium.

This is my first fountain and I love it. It is beautiful! I’m glad I decided to buy this one after looking at many other options. The height and style is just what I was looking for. It doesn’t splash out water which is a huge plus. Now I can relax on my comfy sectionals sipping my coffee, while listening to the sound of soothing water and birds chirping. The fountain area is the first thing people look at including myself, the moment we step on the deck. Received many compliments! I have it on a timer and is on all day. No issues and been using it outside for more than a month now.

Unable to exchange
Well the water fountain is beautiful and works wonderfully we had two to three weeks of pouring rain in Ohio and I was unable to even place the fountain outside it’s been out a couple weeks and I seem to have to fill it up every day I’m realizing that somewhere underneath there is either a thin area in the membrane a crack something I can’t find and it’s leaking and I’m unable to use it daily because was trying to return it there is a 30-day window I haven’t even enjoyed 2 weeks let alone 30 days but now I’m unable to return this product for the cost that’s great but because it sits somewhere rotating water a 30-day refund or exchange is unfair

Super nice outdoor rock waterfall fountain!
We have had this fountain for about 2 months now and have been extremely happy with it! It has been great! It is really very nice looking and also looks very realistic, (alot more so than some of the other ones that I have seen on Amazon). The rocks are very lightweight, but they really look real! It has 4 little pools that the water falls down into… which I really like! The water stays very nice and clean, too…even without adding the cleaner to it…or using distilled water. (We planned on adding the cleaner, but kept forgetting to get some and it’s been doing fine. The only time the water starts to cloud a little is if you let the water level get too low.) We do have to add more water to it occasionally due to evaporation, but not that often. Maybe once every 2 weeks or so…even in very hot weather. The little lights are also really nice and show up very well at night.The falling water sound is also very realistic, too. If you want a soft sound it’s great, but I wanted a bit more volume to it…and wanted the sound to carry a little more across the yard. So I tried adding a few small rocks carefully placed into each of the pools here and there and that totally did the trick! The water hitting onto the rocks gave us just enough more sound that it’s perfect! I just put a rock or two on the sides of each little channel that carries the water out of the pools towards the lower pool and one or two in the pools also, and it totally took care of that!All in all, it’s a really great rock waterfall fountain! and is totally a good value for the money! We would definitely recommend it!

One of the lights does not work! Seems to have a bad connection at the light and it is to far up inside to reach and check it out. The fountain is beautiful and seems well constructed. Issues with filling with water as it must be filled from the back through the access panel, ver awkward to access. Need to have someone to fix the light
