Excellent basic candle for music video.
Great basic candle. We used these with our music video, which involved live pyro, burning braziers, fog, smoke, etc. The candles added a nice authentic touch as well with good fire flicker for camera (that we also had to supplement with panel wash lighting, set to candle color temperature). The candles all lit without any problems and maintained their shape over a 3 hours video sessions. They did drip (all candles do), but we were fine with this and didn’t really care.

Worth lighting a candle for.
I often use these great chunky, unscented white candles on our hearth in decorative holders, at night or on many (lately) rainy afternoons. They last a long time and look good. I always trim the wick on a new candle so it doesn’t flare up the first time it’s lit and let it burn for several hours the first time. This sets a “wax memory” for even melting. Now, instead of store-hopping for something close to these, I just turn to Amazon for a box of short or medium favorites. Perfect!

The wicks are terrible and so is the wax. As the candle burns down and you have to fold the wax into the Center it just crumbles. Save your money.
