Game Changer! So comfortable!
I absolutely love my new chair! I have fibromyalgia and my work chair left me miserable by the end of the day! Very easy to assemble (I watched my husband do it. Lol)comfortable, great massage (perfect rhythm-not too hard and not too soft). Heat; temperature just right! The style is beautiful, the material is soft and appears durable. I searched on Amazon for days hoping to find one that is just right, and I’m so glad I chose the Sharper Image brand. I don’t think anyone would be disappointed if they purchased this chair! ENJOY!

Extension cord required to use features
This is the most comfortable office chair I’ve ever had. The only complaint I have is the electical cord for this chair. The cord that plugs into the chair for vibration and heat is so short you have to sit upon the outlet in the wall. It would be more convenient fora linger cord. If you plan to use the features make sure you have an extension cord.

Good quality/not very good functionality
I had to write a review to help people like me. The chair is super comfortable, lumbar support it’s in point, massage is just vibration no big deal. Now my problem is that I’m small, 5 feet tall small. The chair leans back but it can not be set to stay there. So if your like me and like to sit back and stay there that is not a possibility. Also, if your small like me and don’t have the necessary height and weight to move the chair backwards you will always be sitting leaning forward. Chairs specially for work are important, I have a certain way to sit, so my chair has to be to part if I’m infront of a computer 9 to 10 hours a day. This one did not do it. Ohh I tried to return it and they are charging me 200 dollars for shipping. They are only returning 89
