Not authentic carafe!
So, a friend has this fish carafe and I loved it. She told me it was expensive, but sometimes you just want the thing. Anyway, I was so disappointed when I opened this. It was top heavy and the base was not even. Still cute, but definitely not the item I ordered and not anywhere near the quality you should get for this price. Also, the authentic one is from Belgium, this is made in China – this took me a little time to search out. Anyway, there doesn’t seem to be any problem with returning it – so back it goes!

Buyer Beware – Made in China
Made in China. Very disappointing. For the price you would think this glassware would be made somewhere in Europe. Nope, came over on the boat from China. Very small print on the bottom of the pitcher and box. May be sending this back after researching the description to see if it reveals the country of origin. If it only says “imported”, this overpriced piece of junk is going back to the seller. If you want to spend $40+ bucks for a piece of green glass, I have a few coke bottles that are made in the good ole US of A available. Buyer beware.

Lovely and fun
Good quality, great design and light blue color. I was going to order the cobalt as a pop of color but glad i went with a more clearer glass. Feels like quality heavy glass that will last a long time. Looking forward to using it!

Not bad, but was hoping for a bit more
This is a cute, sturdy “pitcher” of sorts that resembles a fish. If you’re in the market for this kind of item, it’s pretty decent, and on the balance probably nicer than other, similar fish pitchers. For the price they’re asking though, I’d expect something a little more impressive. More thoughtful design for where you will hold it, and maybe some variance in the thickness of the glass.Bright side (?). It can double as a vase, and maybe that’s actually what it was originally designed to be before someone decided to try putting some iced tea in it.

great looking and good “feel” to them but some imperfections in the glass
I bought this after seeing them in a seafood restaurant. I like it a lot, however, there are quite a few imperfections in the glass. Because of this, I give it 4 stars instead of 5. May not notice when in use, and normally I don’t mind some imperfections, but these seem more obvious than should be, seems like they are “seconds”.

Very heavy!
Very beautiful but very heavy! It is easy to hold around the tail however, and it pours well with no drips. I would give it 5 stars if it was a bit lighter. Also wish it came with a stopper.
