Quality affordable
I don’t normally write reviews on Amazon items. You get what you pay for. But I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by this piece of furniture. It’s your typical kit style piece. However, it’s higher quality than most. You will spend some time assembling it. My estimate is an hour and hour with a partner, maybe an hour and a half or two hours by yourself. The instructions were good and easy to follow. I would suggest as others have to install the lift top brackets to the base of the unit before attaching the table top, at least for a single person. It really all went together well, with no drama. All holes lined up properly and with plenty of extra parts, a bag full, nice touch. It actually came with a screw driver that you will want to keep in your tool box, also a nice extra touch in my opinion. The table is very sturdy after assembly. It’s actually kind of over engineered for the price point. That’s rare for kit furniture. As far as materials, I would say adequate to above average, especially for the price point. Nothing feels cheap. The finished assembly feels sturdy and robust. I’m not sure if they use an actual wood veneer or a synthetic laminate, but it looks like real wood when assembled, not too shiny like a plastic veneer. It seems to take wood oil nicely. I did assemble the unit with polyurethane glue in all dowel pins. It seems incredibly sturdy. The lift top mechanism works extremely well, and smoothly. The only real cons I can describe are that the drawers and interior bottom panels are “relatively” thin, but this is a minor issue at best. Overall I’m incredibly happy with the purchase and final product. It assembled without drama, seems extremely sturdy, and looks good when completed. What more can you ask for especially considering the price point? Highly recommended. (This is just my opinion btw)

Don’t think about it just buy it.
This was exactly what we were looking for. It took me 2 hours to put together it may have taken less because I would stop here and there. Only time I did need a 2nd pair of hands was when I was putting the top on the table. It was also the most awkward part because it was little screws and it was hard to get them started without some extra light. I just used my cell phone to provide more light. I had no issues with the drilled holes. Everything aligned as it should. It is the perfect height. Is really sturdy. No issues with sliding the table top up or down. Came very well packaged and the instructions were great. I see this being a table we have for a long time.

This coffee table has exactly the features I was looking for – lots of storage, and sturdy enough to act as foot/leg rest. It was also economically priced. The coffee table was boxed well, but it was incredibly heavy. I struggled to pull it in the house after it was delivered (I’m a reasonably strong middle aged woman). I was intimidated by some of the other reviews stating challenges with assembly, but I consider myself reasonably competent at putting things together. So, I bit the bullet and unpacked the components. After confirming receipt of all the pieces (which were labelled well), I began assembly. It took about two hours (25 steps), and I was able to do all but the lift- top on my own. I needed a second set of hands to help lift it on and hold it steady while I screwed in the hardware. The finish is quite nice, and I only noticed one blemish on one of the legs. It is not noticeable, so I am not concerned at all. Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality, features, and ease of assembly. The only reason I didn’t give the table 5 stars is related the lift-top. It does require two hands to move, and doesn’t feel as “solid” as I’d like. I worry that it may be too flimsy to stand the test of time.

Great table!
Great table! Assembly was easy and fairly quick. The quality is great. And SO much storage! The only thing to be aware of is that the top of the table can wobble when opening or closing, so it needs to be done with care to keep it straight. Overall a great table for the price.

Didnt take long to put together. Nice and sturdy. Drawers open and close smoothly and are decent size. Corner protectors are good but dont stick to well. The top opens smoothly and stays up really well. Spills dont stain or ruin the wood.

I got this table 2 days ago and finally got it together. I absolutely love it. It is sturdy and has lots of storage. I love that the top raises up. The only negative thing is the instructions to put the top together and get it in the right directions to raise could be a bit clearer.

Easy to assemble, sturdy with nice finish.
I liked the finish on this table, it seems sturdy and it was fun to put together (except the last step of putting the table top on.) I think it took me 2 hours but I was being very methodical and making sure I was following the directions correctly. The directions were pretty easy to follow–except for the top. It doesn’t look like a piece you’d want if you have children. It’s that sort of thing that looks like it will get nicks and scratches easily. The top raises up higher than I’d like and so far I haven’t figured out if that’s adjustable. I think my couch seats are lower than most.Warning–use a different screw driver than the one they supplied. The handle gave me a huge blister.Also, the table top instructions didn’t inform well so that I had to take it off and turn it around. I put it in the right place, but nothing in the instructions mentioned the right left orientation. So that took an extra half hour.

Excelente compra! Si tienen planeado comprar esta mesa, no se arrepentirán 10/10. Buena calidad, los cajones funcionan súper bien, el sistema de la cubierta funciona a la perfección. Para armarla demoramos 1 hora 40 minutos entre dos personas pero vale mucho la pena.

The table looks and works better than the similar ones found at the local furniture stores for half the price. It’s well made, goes together very easily and looks good. The top opens easily two handed and works in both directions. The drawers, although quite small, work well and glide easily. Even with the top open, it’s very sturdy and can take a fair amount of weight.I’d suggest saving the corner protectors the top had when they shipped it. I put them back on mine and I think it looks good with them and makes the corners softer in case you accidentally clip one when walking by it.The only complaint I could make, and it is not even a true complaint but simply here because I felt it was worth sharing, is that it takes both hands to raise or lower the top, unlike some of the much more expensive ones which can be opened with one hand…. although not sure why that is even needed.I would suggest it to anyone looking for a coffee table that has storage. You are going to be hard pressed to find a better one this size for the price, at least new anyway.It was even well packed in the box. The box did get damaged in shipping but none of the parts were even slight damaged despite the box being worse for wear.

Im satisfied with the look and build of the coffee table. The instructions are simple as they get and very easy to follow. I had no chipped wood like people complain about. If you’re careful while assembling, it should look like a professional did it. People also complained about a wobble with the top, if u listen and follow the instructions on how to open and close the top, its fine. It tells you how to maneuver the top so it doesn’t wobble. Ignore those people’s comments. Its a solid table and I’m very satisfied.
