Fun build.
It’s great to get you started. I think you will find that a few modifications will be done as you go. This was my first attempt at this. This one will be a guide for others to come. Advice some of the templates were not there. I think the reason is because it’s easy to figure out. The hardest thing I found was finding the right height I wanted for the front legs.

Easy to follow instructions
Template works great. Instructions were easy to follow. I used cedar because I was planning on a natural finish, but ended up going blue. Douglas fir would have been a lot cheaper. I used dowels vs. screws. I had long term issues with water and screws with the last Adirondack chairs I had.

Great chair, very comfortable
I’ve made 3 chairs from this template already and they are the most comfortable Adirondack I’ve ever had. The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is because the package didn’t include a cardboard template for one of the boards that has a critical angle on it, they have the engineering drawing included, but it would have been easier with cardboard.

Love the templates
As much as I like your full size templates , I don’t understand why you put some to smaller scale. It not only takes you longer to down size it then draw it out but us garage carpenters have a hard time transferring it to wood. As you can see in my pictures I used different types for the armrests braces.

Misleading wording
THIS PRODUCT IS NOT A CHAIR. This is a PATTERN/TEMPLATE for cutting your own wood to MAKE chairs. The wording is misleading.

Templates are flimsy 1/16″ thick
I haven’t been super impressed with the quality of the templates. They are only 1/16 thick. I’m using a router with a flush trim bit and it’s not enough for the baring to ride on. It may be easier using a band saw but if you use a router for these, you’ll run into issues and have to be creative. Or just buy two and double them up on your router table. The final product is still nice, but the templates are not great.

Great kit. Although on template was missing. Small one so I was able to recreate.
NOT HAPPY –
ScAM. NOT A CHAIR. CARDBOARD TEMPLATES AND DRAWINGS. NOT WORTH MORE THAN $20.00. SCAM
Janet Lynn –
Buyer beware: Not a chair kit!! It is a paper template. A very expensive paper template. This is a misrepresented product.
Amazon Customer –
Very cheaply made. Extremely expensive for what you get!
