It was a perfect fit! Was as advertised in quality and fit. I saw complaints about the steel grommets in the canopy and when it rains no water came in. I understand why they are there to allow the release of air pressure. After heavy rains and 50 MPH straight line winds my canopy is still intact.

Great replacement
This is a great replacement canopy!It’s made of quality material and easy to put on the frame. The color is a great match and much better quality than the one I purchased last year from a different company.We spend a lot of time on our deck in the summer, and this canopy will make our deck more functional as well.This canopy is also rubberized on the inside and a loop to help with the pesky last corner .I would definitely recommend this product

I always purchased the Apex brand and tried to save some $$$ with this version. Top part of fabric do not fit, but bigger part fit like glove. Not for Lowe’s garden gazebo model Allen Roth GF-12S004B-1) like described.
