Great product
These replaced three pendants that cost over 750.00 20 years ago. These were delivered promptly, packaged perfectly and came with easy instructions. Removal of old pendants and new installation took a couple of hours to complete. Glad I kept the old screws because the junction box screws included were too small for our junction boxes. Overall, everyone agrees these look great and the light is ample and pleasant. This was a fantastic purchase. A great value and attractive. They look nicer than our way too expensive pendants did!

EZ installation. All hardware needed is included. Even a pair of white gloves to keep fingerprints off the glass shades are included with the set of 3 lites we bought. We have received many compliments for the lighting over the kitchen island.Also, I have to say the distributor, Esfos, is truly customer service oriented. I had a problem, my fault, not theirs and I have to say they, Esfos, went above and beyond in solving my problem. I contacted Esfos through Amazon, explained my problem, and they offered a replacement AT NO COST TO ME! That, my friends, is top rated customer service, through no fault on their part. The replacement arrived quickly. I will again be looking for future lighting fixtures as remodeling continues. Esfos is a great company to work with. You can rest assured if something unforseen happens, this company stands behind what they sell. I know I am a very Happy customer.

Not working properly
We bought these lights in April, but we didn’t install them over our basement kitchen island until our daughter’s baby shower about a month and a half ago. We rarely use our basement, and we used these lights even less, hoping to preserve them so they wouldn’t decay quickly.We truly loved these lights — they were beautiful and added an elegant touch to our basement. But a few days ago, when we went downstairs, we found that only one light was working properly, while the other two were blinking at different speeds. We were so disappointed and saddened because we never expected them to fail this quickly.We tried searching for replacement bulbs, but we can’t find any, as it appears these are still very new to the market. At this point, we genuinely don’t know what to do and would appreciate your guidance or a possible replacement solution.

Pues se me hizo muy caro , puesto q es de plástico y en la descripción dice vidrio ahora , tampoco viene igual a la imagen , yo tengo la lámpara de 5 cilindros y se me rompió una , por q son de vidrio y tuve q comprar esta ya q no venden el repuesto, pero ho q decepción, quise subir foto y video del producto mi producto y lo q viene en la imagen y no concuerda nada , así q no lo recomiendo
