I’ve been using this chair for couple of days, and it’s been great upgrade for my workspace! Setup was quick took less than 30 minutes and the material feels solid and premium. Cushions is soft yet supportive, makes long work session more comfortable. The adjustable features especially the lumbar and headrest support, make it easy to find the perfect siting position. My only small gripe is that the armrest could use a bit more padding, but overall, this chair looks sleek, feels sturdy, and provides excellent comfort for daily use, highly recommended!

Poor quality chair
This chair makes all kinds of noise when moving in it. All the bolts are as tight as they can go and it still feels like the chair has loose components. I would send it back but I already got rid of the box. Definitely would not recommend
